I’ll be real right now with y’all cause the customer service is bad and the guys behind the counter need training on dealing with the public. I came in on thursday around 12pm and that staff acted like I put them out.

My favorite spot for a hazelnut latte. with coconut milk. Add caramel and a 1 – 2 coffee shots… or just the hazelnut latte by its self is good 2.

I’m obsessed with their winter dream tea latte. I think it’s way better than Starbucks(don’t hate me for claiming this)

If you are going to work the register, maybe crack a tiny smile… Don’t act like I am bothering you. Baristas not much happier either. I seriously walked out of there in a bad mood. Sorry to say I won’t be returning to this one. Maybe managers should do a training on proper customer service.

I am giving this place 4 stars only because I love Coffee Bean in general. However, I’ve only been to this location twice and both times my drinks have gotten messed up on. I also cut them a little slack because they fixed my drinks those times as well. However I didn’t get a super apologetic reaction. It was more of a «okay I’ll fix it to get you out of here» type of attitude. But whatevs. I’ll give it another shot! I’m too obsessed with their Iced Your Favorite Tea Latte with English Breakfast and the Iced Blended White Chocolate Dream to stay away for long.

Terrible customer service. Every time I come in here no one has a smile on their face. They only people I have seen in a good mood and/or have a smile on their face is the manager or shift lead. If your not happy, then don’t come to work? I walked in the store with a great attitude, and walked out disappointed and upset. I walked in and was greeted by the shift lead which I have spoken to before about my experience, and the man behind the bar said nothing and was just standing there. I felt extremely awkward because I didn’t know when to go up to the register and order because the guy was just sitting around not looking like he wanted to work. He approached the register and said nothing, so I just went ahead and ordered and he didn’t ask me anything about my drink, just gave me the amount and my receipt. Even the shift lead was giving him a look because it was so rude and unsatisfying. It is every single time I come in that something bad happens with the customer experience. I love coffee bean, but it’s such a shame that this keeps happening.

I go to Millikan High School and I must say this is the best place to start your day before school, I usually come when I have an unscheduled 1st period and I get coffee and a muffin. I can read in peace or work on my homework without being distracted. Friendly staff, every one treats you wonderfully and the coffee is well worth every penny.

Coffee Bean is BY far my favorite coffee spot of all time. I wish there were more around as opposed to Starbucks but they have taken over. I always get a Hazelnut Latte either iced or hot with extra hazelnut. Sooooo good. I give this location 4 stars because one of the girls who works there, she usually has funky color hair, is a BITCH. She never smiles and looks like she hates her job. Last time I went in she had red hair but its usually blue. SMILE A LITTLE! It won’t kill you, trust me.

ALEX is a rockstar! I stopped in for a coffee drink and was greeted by this nice young man full of personality. It was early morning and lets just say I am not Ms. Sunshine before having my first few sips of coffee. He was not super obnoxious, but perfectly balanced. I will probably drive across town to this CBTL for his service to get my morning coffee again. Thank You Alex!

They have the best iced tea. It’s always fresh and if they run out they will brew more while you wait. Try with a splash of blood orange syrup and it will make your day!!!

This review is for their bagels only, their coffee is fine. Please do not make the mistake of ordering a bagel from this place, you will regret it! I ordered the(very nice sounding) cheese and jalapeño bagel with a side of creamed cheese and it was one of the worse bagels I have ever had. My girlfriend’s plain bagel was not much better. If anyone told me that bagel had been made in the last three days I would call them a liar. It was completely stale. Also, the toaster did not come close to heating the entire thing. With so many terrific options(Grounds, Einstein’s) why on earth would you order from a coffee house?

Coffee bean never fails to make me feel welcomed! Their winter solstice tea is amazing at this time of the year. It has a spice-like flavor to it and smells amazing. I also love their hazelnut lattes! The lattes here are not too sweet :)! For college people out there, it has quiet music, perfect for studying

The Coffee Bean on the corner of Spring and Palo Verde are five stars! The staff and manager are super friendly and make a point of getting to know their customers. The staff go above and beyond to make sure they make great coffee and tea beverages very quickly. The food is pretty tasty and they always have a nice selection of coffee and tea for sale. I do have one recommendation; this location is next to a high school and if your in a hurry between 7:30 — 7:50AM, it’s a little challenging to get into the parking lot.

I really like this location. Clean and very cozy! I decided to meet a friend here to get a coffee and catch it up. Walking in the vibe was nice and a few people were on there laptops surfing the web and etc… Staff was nice, quick and friendly. Coffee was good– we hung out for an an hour and half. Good amount of tables and chairs, 2 really good comfy sofa chairs upon walking in. Wish they have more of those. Good amount of parking =) Would for sure come here again. I just wish there were more locations and one a bit closer to my house.

Dare I say I’m a fan? I guess so. Located at the corner of Spring and Palo Verde, parking can be a little crazy due to the lack of parking spaces. There’s street parking, but this is a busy corner so you have to take your chances. Their $ 1 drink promotions lured me to CBTL and I’ve been a fan ever since. I actually like their blended beverages vs Starbucks’ Frappuccinos. I feel that they’re more creamy and blended better. I was able to try their blended cookies and cream and mudslide blended beverage. I liked their cookies and cream. The mudslide was a tad too sweet for me. The staff is friendly and overall this store is family friendly. I’m actually more interested in their teas, so I’ll be back to try them all. Fyi: Their $ 1 drink promotions don’t happen too often, but they do happen from time to time when CBTL promotes a new drink beverage or blended beverage. If you like them on Facebook, you’ll see when the next promotion will be or you can hear about it like I did.
