Well I tried this doctor for 2 years. And it just went from fair to worse. First they make walk in the same day impossible, you have to call the previous day and come in before 11, thats if they have available space and you have a child with fever who can not be seen, and they suggest go to E.R. Secondly, twice in the last two visits I informed her that my three year old was having stomach pains, and she just kept dismissing this stated kids have discomfort. Now my daughter is having nose bleeds, stomach pain, and I took her to an urgent care, at the center they informed me they do not accept my insurance but they would call Dr. Bondoc and see if she would authorize the visit so we could be covered, she DENIEDIT. She told the representative that our insurance would not cover the urgent care, she would not authorize it. I hold her responsible for not fulfilling her duties as a physician to fully examine my daughter with these serous issues. For not being cooperative and aiding a parent when visiting an urgent care. I would not never risk taking my child to her clinic again.
