Breakfast burritos are great. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Great for on the go.

Really $ 25.00 for 4 tacos and 2 drinks if they were bomb I would say what the hell ok but they were no better than anyone could make at home so for the extream ream I give them a single star airport or not stop at Taco Bell if you want tacos!

It was 7:30pm. Looked like most of the shops were beginning to close up but weren’t yet. As soon as I walked up to the counter the male employee started talking negatively about his work and the customers. The girl working with him silently tried to tell him to knock it off but he kept going. That being said I had to walk away out of feeling so awkward to even ask for anything. Someone else probably wants your job there buddy.

Their ratings seemed okay so I tried them. A guy in front of me ordered a chicken quesadilla and you could see it being made but with a light amount of chicken. He questioned if that’s all the chicken you get since it did not even cover the tortilla. That added more for another $ 2.49 making it over $ 10. Pricey for what he got. I ordered just a simple chicken taco. It wasn’t on the menu so I hoped it wasn’t too expensive. It cost me $ 4.38 with no extras. Definitely not a 4 $ 4.00+ taco. I guess the cost is typical of an airport The service was not very friendly.

Located in LGB. I was hungry at Gate 9. Searched my phone for Vegan options at the airport and didn’t find anything so I walked over to see what’s up. There was a little food court with about 4 different food places and snack vendors. I didn’t see any Vegan options and then I came upon Taco Beach Cantina. They had Boca Tacos and I’m familiar with Boca being a vegetarian patty so inquired. It’s just veggies in a tortilla of your choice(corn or flour,) and rice of your choice, then black or pinto beans. They let me have both beans! The person helping me said their beans are vegetarian. We moved down the line and I told her which veggies to fill the tortillas with. Two tacos, rice, and beans $ 6.80. Everything was packed up in a to-go container. By the register you can find plastic utensils. You can also find packets of hot sauce; Tapatio, Cholula, and Sriracha.

Good spot for a cold beer and a shot of 1800 Silver to get mentally prepared for the flight to Oakland

I’ve eaten here twice now and for a smaller airport I’m impressed. I actually think the food is good enough I would stop often if it was a chain. I wonder if they’d notice if I went back for more breakfast tacos…;)

Third time I’ve had the breakfast burrito at the Long Beach airport. One of the better airport breakfasts you will find. The wheat tortillas are great and the ingredients fresh. How do you beat the casual retro atmosphere of this place. I arrive early just to have breakfast.

The Taco Beach Cantina is where I grab my drinks from after I grab my burger at the Burger shop. It’s a full bar with a few drafts. There’s Laganitas and almost every liquor brand on the shelf. The drinks are fairly price for an airport and my bill usually comes out to be pretty cheap before my flight. I can’t really complain when I’m pretty trash after 15 drinks and my bill is about $ 200. There are lots of power outlets to charge your phone. Some work better than others and the bar is always packed with people so you have to walk up to get your drink. Well, that’s if you can make it after the 15 drinks.

Fresh, semi healthy Mexican food. I got a wheat flour tortilla with cheese and fresh guacamole. My daughter ordered chips and queso. Her friend got fish tacos. My husband got shredded pork tacos. Everything was delicious. Fast airport choice.

Breakfast burritos and tacos until 10:30am. Mine was fresh and pretty good size. Seemed potatoes were cooked and eggs were scrambled very light w/out lard or heavy grease of typical Mex drive-thru style. Wheat tortillas available along with conventional white flour. Staff was very nice. I did potatoes and standard condiments(free), Add guac for $ 1.50(I passed on the meat for another $ 1.50) and was in for $ 10.24 w/a dollar tip. About 3x the in-town cost for a breakfast burrito but their overhead is lot more than Alberto’s in town, guaranteed. All in all, not bad. Not bad.

Pretty darn good for an airport food court. I’ve had both the fish tacos and the breakfast burrito. This morning, I got the breakfast burrito with chorizo. I like being able to include and omit items with ease. The cilantro was a nice choice as was the sour cream and guacamole. It was very tasty and filling. The tacos are soft shelled. They have an authentic quality about them. Lots of cilantro and unique ingredients. A great spot for a quick Mexican fix.

This place was fine. But fine in an airport is excellent(hence the extra star). Right next to the Jet Blue gates so I could down two beer and a taco without being the worry-wart that I am. Got a crispy fish taco for $ 4.31 with tax. ¡Ay! Muy Caro. The fish was cooked to serve though and the guy that handled the toppings/customization was super dorbs, and funny, so service was excellent(and that too on Christmas Day). Well done!

So my standards for airport food are low. Really low. This taco place could change my expectations. I had the breakfast burrito early one morning before a flight. Despite the line, it moved quickly. I loved that it was all«subway/chipotle» style where you get to chose everything that goes on your burrito. I got to ask for extra cilantro, no sour cream and just be picky. Awesome. It wasn’t the best burrito I’ve ever had but it was pretty dang good. The sausage was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. I appreciated it wasn’t all potatoes either like a lot of breakfast burritos tend to be. It was huge portion and definitely couldn’t finish it. The workers were friendly and chipper-impressive at 6AM!!! The price wasn’t grossly inflated compared to non-airport food. I was at their mercy and would have paid whatever I was so hungry. Nice to not have to!

There isn’t really much to say about this place other then it was VERY close to my gate. I didn’t think the staff were that friendly, but the drink was extra cold and the seat was all mine for as long as I wanted. I really think Long Beach airport has spruced the place up and it’s quite trendy — almost hard to say good-bye to when you have to leave, what a great last site on your way out …

Probably one of the better food options at the LB airport. It’s basically a more generic/less flavorful version of Chipotle. The good thing about this place is that you can kinda get a lot of food since you can ask them for a lot of toppings. it makes it more worth your $$ since airport food is expensive. Husband and I decided to grab a small bite to eat before heading out to Vegas and we ended up getting so much filling in our burrito that the girl working here had a hard time wrapping the burrito. The burrito came out to be about $ 10. The ingredients were all relatively fresh and they were generous with their veggie toppings, which I love. Also, because it’s an assembly line style restaurant, you won’t really have to wait too long for your food. Perfect if you’re in a time crunch.

Long Beach Airport has really changed for the better and is not so shabby anymore. Taco Beach Cantina’s bar was where I decided to get a drink before boarding my flight. Couldn’t comment much on the food since I just opted for a glass of wine… good ambiance and you can really people watch from the bar easily. Bartender was friendly and they have a couple flat screens w/whatever sports event is on. I’m always a fan of a cheap $ 10 glass of wine before the start of a mini getaway!

$ 6.95 for naked burrito +$ 2 for carnitas +$.5 for sour cream= a pretty pricey burrito! But its in the airport so it’s kinda expected. At least you can refill your $ 2.95 fountain drink. Burrito was very tasty and juicy, and very filling. Seats nearby with outlets to recharge, right in front of terminal 6.

It was 6am on a Saturday and I was starving and half awake. I ordered the breakfast tacos( ) which weren’t too bad, but they also weren’t too good. The tacos were exactly what they looked like in the picture. Simple. No special sauces or seasonings. I reside in San Diego, so I’ve had my fair share of great Mexican food. I wasn’t impressed with Taco Beach, but I was SO glad I got to eat some hot food before my flight. Their menu items are pretty customizable, too, so that was another plus. It was definitely the best option in that food court unless you wanted to pay the same price for a fruit yogurt w/granola. The con, aside from taste, is the 1 checkout area for all the eateries(except the bakery/café), so budget your time accordingly! Overall, not bad for airport food :)
