Storco Self Storage

This is the best locally run business I have ever seen. Employees are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the prices are the lowest I could find for small unit storage. I would not hesitate to recommend this to a close friend.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 7 years. I recently had an issue with their online payment system on their end and they were completely unhelpful. Not only did they disregard the billing issue they charged additional fee’s. So much for customer service!

After calling this place, and being told they had the perfect unit I wanted available, I decided to drive down there. I spoke to Tonia. She was very nice, and apologized for not having the size unit she told me she had on the phone 15 minutes before I got there. Apparently the unit she thought was available had stuff in it and was about to go to an auction, so she could not rent it to me as promised on the phone. There was a promotion going on for 50% off your rent for 2 months, which she extended to 3 months due to the fact that I couldn’t get the size unit that was promised to me.
I paid my first two invoices THE DAY I got them even thought it was at least 12 days BEFORE they were due. Fast forward ahead to the invoice for the third month. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was at REGULAR price… not 50% off like I was promised! When I told her, she told me that the special was only for 2 months. She was lying because the main reason I even took the smaller unit was because they offered me THREE MONTHS at 50% off.
So now I am stuck paying twice as much as I should have to for the third month, in a unit that is smaller than I wanted. I am NOT very happy at all. Too bad… everything else about this place was pretty good. I will be sure to tell anyone that asks me for a storage recommendation what they did to me and to stay clear of this place.

The storage is right off of the freeway, which is a plus. Awesome customer service! The people are super nice and friendly! It’s so convenient how you can drive your car right up to the storage!!! I’m paying half price for my storage for 12 months. You can’t beat that! The place is super clean, including the restroom and there are plenty of security cameras. Best storage I’ve had so far! They also have drinks and snacks in the office! :-)

I have stored at Storco for many years receiving nothing but superb service. It is a very clean and safe storage facility with a great staff always more than willing to be of help. I highly recommend Storco to anyone looking to store their belongs.

I’ve been a customer for over 7 years. I have stored things at many other places around town before finding out about this place. The staff is friendly and courteous. The facility is always clean and the service is great. The price is very reasonable and they offer ²⁴⁄₇ surveillance. Its right off the freeway which also makes it really convenient.

Customer service is very much appreciated by the ladies and gentlemen that run the show. They recognize loyalty and you can be rewarded. I always call in to pay my bill and I have no complaints. They do look out for customers that know what appreciation for good service is.
If people are assholes to you, you might just be one. If you’re not, then this place will love and take care of you (or even if you are a jerk). It never pays to be one, dear potential customer reading this review.

This storage place just wants to sell your belongings off every chance they get! Please do not go there, proceed with caution! The general manager there is extremely rude and not customer friendly at all! She has no sense of customer service what so ever and it shows. The staff is being lead by an individual who is a terrible leader and it rubs off on them as well. Just do your self a favor and drive past this mom and pop backyard alley ran tin can mobile home park looking facility!

It’s easy access off Orange Ave. The offices are in bungalows in front of the gated entrance. The ladies who work there are nice. You can either pay through the mail or in person. No more over the phone. It’s inconvenient for me but I can deal with it. You’ll need the key code to get in and out. All the storage is single story so it’s more exposed to heat. It’s no big deal unless you’re storing electronics, I guess. Be aware of the storage hours because you can get locked in!
