Decided to check this place out for breakfast. I’m a huge fan of huevos rancheros and although I have my two go to spots to get(in my opinion) the best ones, I’m always drawn to order them when they are on the menu. Today’s were just boring, the salsa was flavorless and watery. The egg was cook well, runny and the beans tasted homemade. The coffee tasted like hot water, with a mild hint of coffee. My boyfriends breakfast was cold. We did also get a side of biscuits and gravy, which were also just ok. Service was good and everyone that worked there was friendly. I’m interested in trying the pizza.

Just moved down the street from this place. We love it! Bear in mind, the food here is not going to beat Bobby Flay, but the food is really good, the portions are great, and the service is the best.

This place is phenomenal! I had it for the first time I got their Panini Chicken Pesto combo and it was delicious! I love the fact they serve you a salad on the side… With the French fries on the other! Best of both worlds! Definitely coming back to this place!

Breakfast experience was so-so. We ordered the scrambled omelet and French toast combo. Both good. 4 stars. Service was average /below expectations — minus one star. The menu is busy and they don’t hand you a menu to help with the decision. You order at the counter and decide while in line. Why not full service? Minus one star. I recommend hand out menus(doesn’t cost much but gives the customer time to decide) and full service. sit outdoors. Indoor room is ok. Outdoor is nice.

ok, this place got my attention because it just looked odd. It looks like two restaurants in one. This one and Baby Bros Pizza. However, it really is one place. Anyway, the breakfast is awesome. I have been twice and brought others back. The restaurant is clean and beautiful. The staff is amazingly nice. And the food!!! I had a scrambled omlete which was awesome. The hashbrowns with bell pepper and onions was so good. But the highlight is the french toast! I hate myself for liking it so much. It didn’t even need syrup. If you are hungry for breakfast get up and go NOW!!!

So, I usually don’t give reviews unless service is good. If it’s bad I just won’t go back. I’ve been in the service industry over 10 years. I know what it takes. This place rocks! Fantastic servers and yummy food. Thank you!

I’ve been here plenty times and this is my definite go to spot whenever my BF and I are hungry. It’s right next to hole mole on pch. Nice interior, many seats, outside seating which is pretty nice minus the cars that drive by on the busy street. So far, every single experience we’ve had has been outstanding. From the service to the food and the prices. I’m not a huge fan or dennys or ihop but this place beats any of those and more. The foods great, the service is good, the portions are huge, and it’s inexpensive. What more do you need?! If you’re thinking of trying this place, just go. Everything I’ve tried(chicken club wrap, steak and eggs which comes with French toast, pasta fettuccine with chicken, basil pesto fettuccine with chicken) ALL soooo good. My BF has tried their burrito, one of their burgers which has a fried egg in it! All good as well. My only complaint is when I asked one of the cashiers is the wraps had bleu cheese and she said no. I’ve ordered two different wraps two different times I’ve been here and has the same cashier help me and both times she said there wasn’t bleu cheese and both times I have found it in my wraps. I still ate it because I don’t like wasting food but what if I was allergic to cheese?! Thankfully I’m not but yeah that’s all. Come try this place. Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. :)

I was a little confuse walking in because I assume we would place our order at our table. So when I saw the order counter, it threw me off. The food came out pretty quickly and looked great. The prices can’t be beat, great deal for steak and eggs: $ 10.95. The food was huge portions and delicious. My son loved his waffle plate. The employees were friendly, attentive, and very professional. I have been meaning to try out this place since it open. I am so glad I dropped in for breakfast this morning. Parking is limited but it’s worth the walk.

Eggs-ellente! Except for a bit of egg shells in my omelette. Started off my monday morning with the scrambled omelette and a large orange juice. The included hash browns come with the option of bell peppers and onions inside. Over all a pretty hearty breakfast without overloading calories. The hash browns were good but a bit too soggy for my taste. The panaramic dining environment brings plenty of natural light, perfect for a cold windy day to enjoy a hot breakfast in.

Pizza was average, wings were absolutely horrible. Small, frozen with black at the bone. Looks exactly like wings straight from the bag at Smart n Final. WILLNEVER get wings here again. Too bad the names says pizza and hot wings. They have a lot to learn about making wings. I gave a 3 because of the garlic fries. These were great! All they really need is a garlic aoli dipping sauce and they would be the best I have ever had! I definitely want to come try some other menu items. The breakfast items look great too!

My daughter and I came here for the first time last night. She got the fettucini alfredo which was absolutely delicious as was the garlic bread that came with it. I got a pizza and it was actually very good. Not the best I’ve had but pretty good. We would come back again to try the burgers wings and perhaps breakfast.

One of my regular neighborhood café/restaurants to frequent. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Parking is tight sometimes especially weekend mornings. If you live in the neighborhood consider walking. Work up an appetite for their generous portions then walk off the calories on the way home. Eggs and waffles, my fave for breakfast. For lunch or dinner, their pizza, steak, fettuccini and hamburgers are the best!

Visited this place for the first time on Sunday, for breakfast, and I’m sad I waited so long. The place is quirky(parking) but, cute and eclectic inside. The food was well prepared, you get a generous amount, the staff is friendly… heck even the plates are nice. For you sports fans there are a number of TVs with various sports showing. You order first then you’re given a number, take a seat and your food is delivered. Make sure you take cash for tipping as you can’t add it to your credit card receipt.

The french toast was delicious. The bacon and eggs were good too. I washed it down with a refreshing Coors Light which was on special for $ 2.60 I think. My girlfriend went a healthier route and also enjoyed her food. Good food, reasonable prices, quality ingredients, delivered to your table quick. Very friendly staff as well.

Anything negative that I may have said about this joint before, I take back! They really outdid themselves today. With Hillary on cash register/phone and Vicente in the kitchen, I was really done proud today, for breakfast. I seriously cannot remember the last time I felt as valued and had a breakfast as delicious, as I did today. I’ve noticed quite the turnover in a short period of time and all I have to say is… Management: it looks like you got it right now. Hillary and Vicente are two of the main reasons that I will return to get my breakfast noms here. Thank you two, for making me believe in great customer service, once again.

Great place to have a quick breakfast!(We were in And out in 1 hour Sunday morning) They have a full espresso bar + champagne! The price is reasonable($ 30 for three people) compared to most breakfast spots in LB quick service. i really love the concept No long waits in long for a table and even longer wait for a waitress!(No awkward tip situations) HUGEPORTIONS! and the pancakes were really good! Im very picky with the texture of my hotcakes and this place got it right! Fluffy but not to cakey and and toppings were Only 1.95 extra. A family friendly place so bring the kids. They have tvs everywhere and the booths were cute and clean! Only weird thing was the bathroom was outside(like a gas station) but not too bad it was very clean!) which is a huggge plus! Overall no regrets coming here and LB has so many choices for good breakfast /brunch. Food great Coffee great service great Price great Atmosphere great Bathroom good Parking good(compared to dntwn)

This is my third time here. I think the name and concept are a bit weird, but the food here is really good. I’ve had breakfast and dinner twice. Tonight it is chicken pesto panini. Nicely toasted bread with generous serving of chicken breast. Fresh spinach is thickly stacked with tomato slices and pesto. Served with crisp fries and a beautiful salad. Full meal with beverage is $ 10. I really love the décor. This place is so cool! I want to rent it out and have a party here!

Wow! Really impressed. High quality food, awesome table service(order at the counter and food is brought to you). They really do a great job at taking care of the customers. Food came out quick, hot and fresh. We will be returning to try out other menu items. Breakfast is available until 3:00pm. You can order lunch and dinner items on the menu all day, pizza will take an additional 10 – 15 minutes if you order before 3:00pm. No one knows what the WiFi Password is… so if anyone knows what it is, please post in «tips».

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place. It USEDTOBE great. However, I just went here yesterday with friends and noticed all their prices were LOWER. «Huh… That’s weird,» I thought. But it should’ve been a HUGEREDFLAG. The quality of products is cheaper. From the meat, to the buns. Their burgers are cheap, premade frozen, disgusting, spongy, hockey pucks with cheap, stale, store bought buns. Look at the pictures people posted from their old reviews. You’ll see fresh buns, a juicy burger piled high with toppings. Not anymore. The BBQ burger doesn’t come with any lettuce/tomato/pickle and NOBBQSAUCE. And the saddest slice of melted AMERICAN cheese. Our other friend agreed that his burger wasn’t good either. I think the reason their prices decreased is because they’re struggling and have cut back the quality on all of their products. Another friend ordered a steak salad he used to get here all the time, and this time the«steak» was barely edible because of all the tough gristle. Yikes. We used to come here all the time. Probably never again, though.

The girls were very helpful, but the food I had wasn’t so great. I’m not a picky eater, but the basil pasta I had was extremely oily — like half a cup of oil gathered at the bottom of my plate. However, the chicken was dry. I took most of it home only to toss it out because it made me feel sick and lethargic. I should’ve gotten a pizza.

This place is strange. There’s no doubt about it. The parking lot’s structured like it’s for a drive-thru fast food place, and they have a closed-off drive-thru lane. The fare is fast casual, and the exterior/interior is new and looks good, like it’d be for more of an upscale place. Very confusing. Also confusing? The hodgepodge menu that has all sorts of items. Pizza, French toast, hamburgers, paninis, salads, etc. It’s a headache. As for the food, there’s a lot of it. Expect gigantic portions. I only ate a third of my meal. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very good. Some of my French fries were green. My burger and fries were both under-seasoned and lacking in flavor. On the other hand, service was fast and friendly, and the open-air eating area is pleasant.

Decided to give this place a try since we pass almost all the time. Went inside, very nice and spacious clean place. I went with the famous grill chicken sandwich with the sour dough bread and oh my the sandwich tasted really good, very tender and moist along with the bacon and avocado. I can’t wait to come back and try some other items. Oh yeah the all the staff are very friendly

Really great service. Very warm and clean atmosphere. Enjoyed the patio dining with our little Toby and it was far more private than expected with the location. The options are plentiful and they serve wine and beer. The breakfast special through lunch is nice for the little one and a fresh bowl of water for Toby was very sweet. Initially it felt pricey and was unexpected for the casual signage and outer appearance but after entering and dining it is faulty priced and the service and food was good. We will be back!

great pizza! try the pastrami or margherita pizza. It’s build your own starting with the sauce! The crust is good. The breakfast burrito is another very good option for anytime… but it is huge! Enough for 2 – 3 people. Otherwise…I can’t say I really like anything else enough to recommend… I wish there were more options I liked. I have never tried the wings however.

We had the breakfast burrito and French Toast with 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon. Both were very good. The French toast comes drizzled with frosting and syrup on the side. We deducted one star for the debit card reader being down. Fortunately we had cash. Staff is super nice and friendly. I love all the windows and they open too.

So we’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened, saw a groupon for this place and said what the heck! I HIGHLYSUGGEST U DONOTEATHERE! Unless u like ur pizza burnt to a crisp with extra charcoal taste and soaked in puddles of grease and the wings were disgustingly dry! Save ur $ and go to wing stop and dominoes !! They won’t break ur pocket with awful food that gives u the bubble guts! Definitely not worth 35 $$!! Never ever returning, told the waitress that our pizza was burnt and she replies with oh I’m sorry and a fake smile?! A bunch of high school kids with no manager in sight!

I ordered the breakfast special 2 French toast 2 eggs 2 sausage. I added Nutella and strawberries to my French toast and ordered a side of bacon. I enjoyed my French toast, sausage and bacon. I was a little disappointed in my eggs however. I asked for over medium and they were definitely over easy. My boyfriend ordered ribeye steak and scrambled eggs with hash browns. He didn’t like it. The steak was overcooked while the hashbrowns and eggs were undercooked.

Baby Bros has only been open for two weeks and we have been to breakfast twice already. The service is quick and attentive, food is great, prices reasonable and best of all, no long wait on Sunday for breakfast! We haven’t tried their dinner menu, so basing this review solely off of breakfast menu. Try the breakfast burrito(it’s huge) or the chicken panini, yum!

So me and my wife went to try this place out last weekend. The food was honestly really well prepared and the place was packed on a Sunday afternoon around 2−3pm. Parking is a nightmare. But the place was very well decorated and the staff was friendly and keeping the place clean. We ordered our meal and where honestly kind of shocked by the prices. We paid over 32 bucks for 2 people(chicken sandwich — pasta plate — 2 drinks.) Like I said the food was good and we got enough that we took home leftovers but that was our only real hang-up. It seemed like a 20 – 23.00 meal anywhere else. My drink never ran dry and everyone in the restaurant seemed to be having a good time. I think I would try this place at least one more time to see, but I don’t think my wallet will have me hanging out much.

I’ll start with the caveat that this was their first night open for business. Had a bbq burger and their«baby bros potatoes» Which are hand breaded lengthwise slices of russet potatoes. They were a little greasy and reminded me of a «chicken fried», thick cut, softish potato chip. Needed more seasoning in my opinion. They are a premium item, which comes with an up charge so you might do better to stick with the regular fries. The burger itself was chargrilled, but not burnt. Cooked medium well, but still a little moist. The crispy onions were soggy and actually stuck in the bun. I don’t think their cook assembled it correctly. Bbq sauce tasted like something off the shelf from their Foodservice broad liner, tangy, too sweet, from the HFCS, with some liquid smoke flavoring to complete the bbq flavor profile. Meh. Bun was warm and well toasted, but was sogged– out by the bbq sauce. Again, first night bugs… I’ll give them another try, it was not bad, just not great. Notably they serve breakfast. Will give that a try. Manager and staff were very friendly and attentive, and was approached at least 6 times to see how everything was… I’m crossing the burgers off my list for this place, next time will try the wings and pizza, but more because it’s walking distance from my home than because the food is exceptional. Burger, potatoes & and Ice tea served on china = $ 16.57 okay value. Give it try and see what you think… ask Louie why it took 2 years to get the place open. Way to go City of Long Beach for helping to create jobs and promote small business!
