Honest service and honest people seriously, I can’t go far in to my car shames, however the good people there keep it real with you and your vehicle and its prices!

I got in an accident in the beginning of December on December 14^th took my car to get fixed I gave my insurance company a hard time because I wanted to get my car fixed here since they had good reviews so far I have had a horrible experience. I was told 10 business days I didn’t get my car back until a week after the estimated date. I don’t know much about cars so when I got it back it looked good… Well my dad who knows about painting cars noticed the car wasn’t fixed properly. The parts are after market which i can live with but they didn’t even try to make it fit, the light was sticking out from the corner area big time the paint had dust particles in it there was a scrap on the bumper and a piece of the bumper where the bracket goes is also sticking out… I took it back and waited 3weeks to get the ok to bring my car back in and only because I kept bugging and refused a loaner car so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer… I get my car back the next day with only some adjustments fixed they said they polished the paint work… I’m having to end my business trip two days early to take my car back from them trying to fix the paint they burned the paint on the bumper and the scrap was never fixed… I’m thinking of just leaving it as is so I don’t have to deal with it anymore… Horrible horrible horrible…

Absolutely the best place and only place I would take my car for any repairs. I had both my cars fixed here after an unfortunate accident. Hiten was an expert and fixed both cars like new. Very reliable and trustworthy business and will recommend anyone to try them! Great job and thank you!

When my husbands car got hit with a road hazard on a freeway, his hood was dented and one of the headlights is busted. I immediately went to Unilocal for the best body shop in town who has almost perfect reviews and this is the place with the most perfect reviews with over 100 people. So we went there and Hiten immediately helped us out, he is very nice so as Maryann from the front desk. They have good customer service and knows how to handle the situation with my very short tempered husband (which i really apologized).
The estimated time to get the car fixed is about a week but I understand things come up so we have to wait for another day. On top of everything they delivered my husbands car to our apartment and gave some discounts.
Overall I will return to this place. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

UPDATE:
One day after I posted the review on Unilocal,the manager called me and said they had a loaner car ready and I could drop my car off at their bodyshop anytime. They would fix the paint for me for free. I dropped my car off the second day and this time it only took them two days to finish my paint, which was super fast. The car was nicely done the second time and the manager told me the reason why the paint was cracking was because I had my front bumper paint job done at another bodyshop before. Yes, my car did get the paint work done before, but no one at the Quality Assured Collision Center ever asked me if the paint of my car had ever been done at anywhere else before.
Overall, my third experience was nice. Thanks Unilocal!And thanks to the manager again!
One of my closest friends highly recommended this place to me and I got my car painting fixed here couple months ago through insurance.
Experience 1:
My place is pretty far away and it took me 40 mins to drive there and approximately 1 hour to drive back to due to traffic. This was fine to me, cuz I trusted their service and I didnt mind to drive that far if I could get the best service for my car. The painting… Well… It took them a month to finish it… Even tho at the beginning they said it would only take a week. This was still ok to me… I m normally very patient and not picky at all… Well, the story started when one of the girls who works there texted me «hi! Your car would be ready by tomorrow at noon». becuz of her texting, the next day, I asked my BF to take a half day off to drive to the Bodyshop with me (they didn’t have loaner car available at that moment) and I rescheduled all my other things that day. When we finally got the Bodyshop at noon, The girl told me «ah! I just double checked the car would be ready at 5pm this afternoon» I was like «…Ok…». My bf got a little bit upset because 5pm means we still need wait for extra five hours in long beach without doing any work. But anyways, we still waited for extra five hours at a Long beach downtown café shop and work. But it turned out… At 5pm the girl called me and said «ah sorry, you car can’t be done today, could you come back and pick the car up tomorrow by noon?» After this… I was like WTF… TOMORROW? After I followed whatever they have been telling me to do plus I have been waiting for my car for another five hours like they told me. They asked me to leave and come back again the next day? Are you kidding me??? Everyone’s time is precious, it just didn’t make sense. So basically we drove an hour back home that day without even getting my car back. After talking to the supervisor, they offered us $ 100 off and the supervisor would drop off the car himself the next day.
I didn’t write this story on Unilocal before because my car painting was great. Plus they offered me discount and the supervisor is really nice. So I let it go. But things changed when my experience 2 happened.
Experience 2:
Half a month ago, I realized that the front painting of my car started cracking. I called back to the bodyshop and asked them to fix the painting. Meanwhile, I was telling them since I live so far away, I do need a loaner car when I drop off the car. They said they didnt have loaner cars available for now, but they would call me back once they have any available, which should be the week after my call. I said ok. However… They never called me back… It has been three weeks after our last phone call. What should I say?
That 1 star is only the manager/​supervisor. He is really nice.

I came in needing to get my fender replaced from an accident I was in. They were so helpful in getting everything taken care of. They made all the arrangements for my rental car and took care of all communications needed with the other car’s insurance company (who was paying for it). The office returned my calls the same day and called me to update me on the work on my car. The owner himself met me the morning I brought my car in, and Marianne went the extra mile to take care of everything for me.
I highly, highly recommend taking your car here for any body work needs– they will treat you with the best customer service and highest level of respect.
They also offered me a great deal to replace the ragtop on my car, and extended that offer to me whenever I am able to come back to get it fixed.
They are wonderful, and definitely deserving of my money! Give them a try!

I called in asking for an estimate on fixing the driver side mirror, the receptionist was very patient and knowledgeable. She gave me advises and the full costs. I’m sad I didn’t get it fix here because my car insurance repair shop did the work without my approval. I would have came here and will in the near future for auto body work.

This place is the best! Great service friendly staff and Honest most importantly. My car was torn to pieces and they fixed it seamlessly. Their quote was ½ the price of what Mercedes quoted me. They also guarantee their work for a lifetime!!!

Great work at reasonable prices. I would recommend them for any paint or body work. It took a few days to get in but the repair was quick.

I came into Quality Assured Collision Center for the first time today because I had a large scratch on the side of my door and needed it to be taken care of quickly. Not only were they able to buff the scratch out of my door completely in less than 20 minutes, but the customer service was fantastic and they are very affordable, which is great. I am extremely satisfied and whenever I am in need of a service for my car I will definitely be returning here.

Came in with the idea I needed my rear quarter panel repainted since another body shop I went into 30 minutes prior stated it was absolutely necessary. My Spidey senses kicked in, fortunately.
Glad I stopped by Quality Assured Collision Center to get a second opinion/​quote. The manager Juan suggested buffing a test section, and if I liked the result to continue with the rest of the panel. Total wait time was approximately one hour. Looks brand spanking new again. Needless to say I am well pleased with the job performed. More than exceeded my expectations.
Since I was going to pay out of pocket for any work done, cost was somewhat of a factor. I greatly appreciate them taking the time to first try buffing and not simply getting dollar signs in their eyes and quoting me $ 500-​$ 1000 to repaint.

I’ve taken two different cars there – in December, my car was totaled, but they assisted with a loaner while the insurance made the total loss decision, which was amazing and needed because I didn’t have rental car coverage on my insurance plan. And recently, my new car was rear-​ended, the loaner once again became a saver! The car looks as good as new, the work is lifetime guaranteed, and completed on schedule! The cherry on top – they even replaced my car’s battery!
Marianne and Irene are very helpful and accommodating. I’ve been very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking. They’re great!

My was rear ended while I was in a complete stop at the fwy. Looking for body shop is not easy. I use Unilocal to guide me and finally I made my choice to have Quality Assured to fix my car. It was a good choice! Marianne, Irene and off course HiTen the owner are really friendly, professional and helpful. They took care issues with the other insurance company and they help me with car rental too. When the car was ready, it’s washed and everything looks good. I’m a very happy customer and recommend this body shop.

Someone hit my parked car near the rear bumper and I was looking to get it repaired through my insurance (so cost wasn’t an issue). I was looking for the best quality and service in the local area being relatively new to Long Beach. I went to 3 body shops and took a chance and ended up going with QA.
Turns out I made an excellent decision. The owner, Hi-​Ten, was very friendly and attentive. He gave me a detailed break down of my repairs. You can tell he is very passionate about auto repairs and takes great pride in his work. He and his staff provided me with great service and made the whole process easy and painless.
When my repair was done I was happy with the quality and the great service they provided. From the owner to the entire rest of the team, service was top notch.
As their name suggests they focus on quality.
PS…Hi-Ten has some really cool cars, as an auto enthusiast. If you’re lucky he may even tell you about some of the stories behind them.

We just took our car in here again after a fender bender… The car was not drivable, and They sent a two truck out to us, arranged everything with absolutely no hassle!
But the best part about our experience was when our insurance company tried to deny covering part of the damage, that they claimed was not due to the reported collision… the owner at Quality assured personally advocated for us with the insurance company, and helped us know how to appropriately advocate for ourselves! Long story short, everything was covered, and our car came back to us looking perfect!!!

Great service and very good quality! Was given an estimated quote of $ 250 and other more expensive options for this big dent on my car bumper. I decided to go with the cheapest option, which was to fix the old one. When I got the car back, the bumper looked great! I could not see the previous damage at all unless I look really really closely! Also, it cost me only $ 150!
Overall, their service and quality of the work done is simply awesome.
I highly recommend this place to anyone!

After visiting 3 other shops in the area, I compared them all and decided to go with QA. Even though initially they weren’t the cheapest option (or the most expensive), the factors that helped in making my decision were customer service and the hours (they were open after I got off work).
I needed to repair both the front and the rear bumpers due to damage caused by two different occasions (one wasn’t my fault). I went straight from work hoping to get an estimate half an hour before they closed. Thankfully, Hiten was more than happy to assist me and made the paperwork process quick and easy. They even e-​mailed my estimate to me. $ 50 off with a Unilocal check-​in by the way!
Within the next week, I let them know that I decided to repair both bumpers all at once at QA, and Hiten took a little bit more off the total price! Now, this became the cheapest option out of the 4.
Splitting the cost between me and the one responsible for my rear bumper (with discounts to both of us) was no problem at the office when I dropped off my car.
The results look amazing! My car looks like new, and you can’t even tell that the front bumper made impact with a tow-​hitch or that it had all these scrapes from not JDM angling enough. The rear looks flawless; no more license plate mark and no more visible damages from having to park on the street.
Everyone I encountered here was very friendly, even if they were just passing by. If anyone I know needs any body repairs, I’ll be sure to recommend QA!
