C + C Real Estate Services was founded in August 2003 at the time the real estate market started to climb and new 1^st time investors came into the market. Where my company has grown ever since with the majority of new clients were strictly referrals from the service that I had been providing. My company deals only with property management rentals, single family residences, townhouses, condos, HOA and multi units.

The founder Carlos Naranjo for C + C Real Estate Services was established in 2003 at which time the company was started when the real estate was picking up momentem. The company was working with a lot of first time investors in the rental property business and the company grew with referrals only.

Business Owner

Carlos Naranjo is the owner of C + C Real Estate Services, who is a licensed Real Estate Broker who handles the daily operations between the landlord and tenant. I have been working in the property management business exclusively since 1998 and I have sucessfully ran two local property mangement companies, one in the Lakewood area and the other one in the Bellflower area.
