Established in 1988.

New Leaf Landscape Design and Construction is owned and operated by John Schultz, a certified landscape horticulture professional and general contractor with over 25 years of landscaping experience for customers in Long Beach, Belmont Shore, Seal Beach and other coastal communities. John’s hand-​picked team is comprised of professional landscapers and craftsmen– never «pick-​up» labor — who also bring in-​depth experience and a track record of successful project completion.

A long-​time resident of the Belmont Shore area, John understands the unique space requirements of homeowners living in close-​knit coastal communities. He is passionate about helping people create beautiful, personalized, and intimate outdoor spaces that combine a variety of plants with the artistry of masonry and hardscapes.
