This is the third time I’ve the Mystic Steam team out and I am delighted. They were running a little late but called to let me know so I didn’t mind. They come in all smiles, take a look around and then get right down to it. The work they do is very through and detailed. I couldn’t do better myself! I strongly recommend them.

Called Mystic Steam to do 2 couches, a captains chair, and car seat for my 5 year old which was beyond filthy. The car seat looks brand new (my wife wanted to toss it earlier) and the couches feel fresh and new. Dave was professional and even explained the whole cleaning process, which was pretty cool. I have wood floors or I’d have them come back to do the living room!

First of all my carpets were disgusting. 3 small puppies… you get the picture. Dave came over, recommended the steam clean with the urine treatment and now my carpet looks brand new. No odor, no staining, it even got rid of the areas that I treated that became discolored. Well done! Will definitely use this company again!

Thank-​you, Mystic Steam! I was able to get a very quick next-​day appointment, and that alone was very impressive considering I called rather late in the day and was desperate to get my furniture cleaned within a day or two.
Dave did a great job of cleaning my sofa and love seat. Super thorough and detailed; he didn’t miss an inch of both pieces of furniture (and he cleaned my ottoman at no extra charge)! I was really impressed. The price was very reasonable and the couches look and smell great (after a few «run-​ins» with a couple of dogs).
I will definitely use them again in the future. I love supporting family owned businesses and this one is a keeper! :)

Dave did an excellent job on a last minute request I made for him to clean my carpets. He was able to get me scheduled quick and was at my door within a few days. He charged exactly what he quoted and did a great job. Most importantly, Dave is a very trustworthy person! This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had him clean my carpets since 2000. That’s about 13 years of trustworthy service. I won’t let just anyone into my home… but I have no hesitation letting Dave in as he is an honest trustworthy and great person! Thanks Dave!

I have never had my carpets cleaned in the 10 years that I have been in my house. They were very sad from too many parties, red wine and pet disasters. I am very happy with the results from the service of Mystic carpet cleaners. They showed up on time, held their quote, and accomplished said service in the time frame stated. Plus Dave and crew were pleasant to deal with. They really worked over some tough stains that had been set in for years.
Nice to have a very good local carpet cleaner who gives great service and a reasonable price. I will use them again; hopefully it will not take 10 years as the carpets look so much better!

I have never written a Unilocal review before but these guys really are great! I have used Mystic Carpet cleaners for the last several years. They do excllent work! I have two dogs, a cat and a kid so when my carpet needs cleaning, it is a big job. Dave and is crew are wonderful– really thoughtful, professional and diligent with their work. I have seen them patiently work at getting one stain out for 20 – 30 minutes. They also use environmentally safe cleaning solutions, which I appreciate and feels a bit safer for my low-​to-​the-​ground pets. Mystic Carpet Cleaners are great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service and superior quality. Dave and his crew really do a great job. Our carpet was dismal… however they cleaned the carpets and made them look next to new. We have a lot of stairs and they were able to get into all the nooks and crannies. They got out coffee stains and all sorts of other ground in dirt. I was shocked that our carpet looked so different.
Reasonable prices and great customer services. I’m all about supporting the local guys and they’ve been around for years.
Highly recommended! Thanks mystic steam for getting our house back to MTV Cribs status!
