Maid Easy Cleaning

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have had several people clean my house in the past and I have never experienced such a poor job. I must have been out of my mind, but since it was the day before Thanksgiving, I agreed to pay $ 180.00 to have my 3 bedroom, 2 bath (1800 sq ft) house cleaned. The ladies that came were very nice, but it wasn’t long before I knew I made a mistake on using this company. I had made it perfectly clear that I was looking for a deep cleaning, i. e baseboards, window sills, blinds, etc. Not only did they not touch any of those (expect a half attempt at baseboards in one hall) they didn’t use any furninture polish on my wood (feather dusted only), didn’t take any of the knickknacks off the furniture before dusting, didn’t move anything to vacuum, and to mop the floors they used a squirt bottle and a dry mop. After watching this sorry attempt at a cleaning job, I was just going to suck it up and chalk it up as a learning lesson, but after they left, I walked around and quickly changed my mind. I discovered my floors were still really dirty, most of the kitchen appliances were not wiped down and the stove was clearly not cleaned (other than a service wipe). In addtion, all my baseboards, blinds and window sills were filthy! I called the owner and when I told her I was unhappy she immediately handed the phone to her «supervisor» (one of the ladies that cleaned my house). Talk about awkward. She appologized and said she would come back in ½ hour. Unfortunately, I was leaving and could not have her return. She agreed to come back the following week, but by then it would be too late. I was having people at my house both Thursday for Thanksgiving and Sunday for a birthday party. I had to re-​clean my house before my guests arrived. Needless to say, this was definitely not worth $ 180.00!

Sheri and crew are punctual, practical and precise. On the rare occasion that some area was missed, it was dealt with immediately, and NEVER missed again! (in the past I’ve had to remind, remind, remind… but not with Maid Easy Cleaning!) Affordable and friendly — they get my highest rating, and that’s not easy to get!
