This is a very nice gas station with an area where you can clean your car up and a drive-​thru car wash that uses the big robotic arm, which is very cool! The station is clean and the service is very good — every time I have been inside everyone has been very friendly. Would recommend!

Rather small location for gas station + car wash. Cheaper gas compared to places near home. Decided to go through the car wash for the first time this week because I’ve been exhausted at work to wash my own car. I went on a Tuesday — no wait (5pm+). One car in front of me. It did a pretty decent job, really well for $ 8 actually. You can’t expect $ 7-​$ 10 dollars mechanical car wash to clean a really dirty car you don’t take care of/​wash often. It’s obviously going to do it’s job, not give you a new car. Will definitely come more often for car washes.

The guy working was super great. We tried the $ 8 wash. It really didn’t do much. It just took dust off. Told the guy, he let us go through again, at the $ 10 rate. Unfortunately, it did not do much better. You could see where I had wiped on the hood after that first wash. The guy said it probably needed the chemicals changed. He came out, looked at the car, and gave us our money back. I didn’t expect a superb wash, but I did expect it to look cleaner. We didn’t go through a third time. So, if you have any pollen, bird poop, or rain spots, ask the guy about the chemical status first.

Decent gas prices, very clean and well lit station. Plenty of pumps. They have a great car wash. No scrubby things, just jet propulsion water! Open 24 hours too. Nice little station!

The closest best drive thru carwash near Belmont Heights! I love how the water hose travels around your car, getting more soap and water onto the car.

Los Altos Mobil is a neighborhood gas station providing the best customer service in town. The owners Bill, Bob and their Dad have owned this station for many years. Keep up with the local gossip for they enjoy hearing what anyone may say. Customer service? Top-​notch. If you say your name then the next time you come in they will call you by name. Every one working here is pleasant, has nice things to say and you just feel good. just like they were your own family. Best gas in town and they have a mini-​mart where you can pick up a cold beer or help yourself to the soda machine, have your pick of your favorite pop and there is always ice — great ice for I am a ice lover and have to have it in anything I drink. They have a new machine which produces slushy fine ground ice and your pick of strawberry *kids love this” and the other flavor is lemonade. Hint: pickup a cup and bring it home and put in your favorite rum and now you have a low costing beverage which will bring a smile to your face or if you are not careful you will get brain freeze for it is COLD. Great for these hot spring days. Los Altos Mobil has a huge variety of snacks and is the perfect place to buy your lottery tickets, Money won here! Need help pumping — just let them know and you will be ready to go. Need a good car wash while you stay in your car? This is fun for they have a rainbow of spray wax and it smells like bubble gum. Need to get propane? It is cheap here. Need bags of ice to take to a party or the beach — they have plenty of it. They make one and all feel like family and it is a joy to get served here. Come on in and meet Kevin, Joe and Manny. They have a good word for all. Meet the owners — say hello to Bob and Bill. This will keep you coming back. Their Dad used to come in every morning even in his 80’s and he would open the door for everyone coming in, It is that personal touch that will keep you coming back, On a scale of 5 stars I wish I could give 10 stars for they give exceptional servioe to one and all.

I love this gas station! I’ve been coming here ever since I moved to the neighborhood 14 years ago. The staff is super nice and they always have really good gas prices! The car wash is a no touch wash so I never have to worry about my car getting scratched:) overall it gets 5 stars from me!

Their touchless car wash is awesome! It won’t scratch your vehicle but won’t clean tough stains either. Still great for a quick wash and dry. I like that my double cab long bed Tacoma fits in it and that it’s open 24 hours. Keep your car wash receipts as you’ll get a free car wash after the 5^th one.

Cheap gas compared to locations close by. The car wash is pretty amazing. Didn’t think that water jets could clean up my car so well. Worth the price.

It is a gas station but the people that own and work here are very nice. It makes a difference. The no touch car wash works great also.

Might as well spray your car with your garden hose and have your three year old hit it with a towel. I have gone through here at least 5 times merely out of convenience. It is near my house and I had hoped the wash would make the exterior of my car presentable. Each time, I have been disappointed and a gluten for punishment. The first time, my car had not been cleaned for a while so I can understand it looking like it hadn’t been cleaned for one month instead of three. I complained and went through it again for free and instead it looked it hadn’t been cleaned for three weeks — some improvement, but not clean; however I did not have the time to run it through the wash 5+ times to have it look clean. In fairness, I have tried all three level of washes. Even the option of auto drying requires the use of a towel because three minutes underneath a auto hair dryer is not going to dry a car completely. And should you get the lowest level, prepare to speed away at 65 MPH to avoid water streaks as there is no drying option at all. I would love to have an automated car wash that was decent and close… even for the entertainment of my 6 & 8 year old going through the wash with me; however, I’m afraid I may curse at the lack of results and any educational value would be crushed. The automated car washes I went through as a kid were at least much more entertaining and my parents never complained. Perhaps if one washes their car every three days and details it every month then uses the highest setting (I think it is $ 15), it may work if you are only in the most serious of pinches– but then even be prepared to speed at 65 miles to rid the droplets before they dry and good luck driving that speed down Bellflower. So, sad, I had high hopes and tried and tried, but alas it is a total waste of money.

I only come here to get my car washed if I am desperate for a car wash… And as I sit waiting and waiting I always regret my decision to even attempt to get a car wash. The wait takes forever, when you’re in line you always tend to be in someone’s way (for me there is a semi truck behind me impatiently waiting) & I’m pretty sure every time I am successful in getting my car washed It doesn’t even clean my car that well. Why did I choose Mobil today whyyy?!?

I come here a few times a week to get diesel for my work truck. The guys working the morning are friendly, and their bathroom is always clean. The station itself outside is well kept and stocked with supplies (paper towels, etc).

This Mobil is very close to my school and is on the way home. Entering and exiting the gas station is eaiser than some. The gas station clerk is a real nice older man with a great atttitude. The gas prices are moderate for the area, and they have a car wash.

Had to find a 24 hour car wash machine on the way back from San Diego. the cart was dirty as heck, so I Unilocaled out this place and called to check if their car wash was open, the guy said yes. When I got there, I was so happy to be able to wash down the car. Prices were eh. Basic was $ 7 delux was like $ 10? There was more but I didn’t need anything fancier than a basic wash. Got it washed, I was one happy camper for the rest of the drive back home. Thanks, Unilocal!:)

Though I do not get gas here, I have occasionally come for the car wash. While it isn’t the best car wash (often my black car is still left with a thin layer of dirt or bird poo), it rinses alright.
I see no difference, aside from price, in the types of car washes they provide. Further, it makes no sense to pay extra since nobody is actually hand drying the car. You end up with spots from the water anyway, since the dryers drip water onto your car after drying. Heh.

This is the WORST car wash ever! Do not use their car wash. I waited in line at the car wash for 40 minutes (there were only 2 cars in front of me). I finally got into the car wash and it stopped mid wash. Nobody came out to help. So after about 5 minutes, I called information and got their number. Told them I was stuck in the wash. Some guy came out and had to back everyone up in line to have me back out and restart the wash.
After all of that, my car didn’t look like it was washed at all. It was full of spots.
Oh well :(

I rate this 1 star only because i paid for the $ 10 expensive car wash and it honestly looks like the car wash wet my car, and then dried the dirt back on it. It also had a lot of dirt streaks on it. I will never go here for a car wash again.

I originally came here just for the gas, this place had no food station. I decided to get a car wash after watching someone come out of the car wash tunnel. This place is convenient being on Bellflower near the 405 so I stopped by here. They had some snacks inside and an ice cream box with various ice cream sandwiches.
After pumping gas I entered my carwash code and proceeded to enter. I had a little fun as I was splashed with soap and hot water. the came the wax seal, in a rainbow of colors, looking like goow sprayed all over my car. A rinse and blow dry later I was gone and it was a rather relaxing experience.
Unfortunately, after paying $ 10 for a car wash, I arrived home and noticed my car still had dirt and prints on it. This is the only reason I did not give this place 4 stars, otherwise I had no complaints.
