Long Beach Open House

I used LB Open House for the first time this past weekend. The signs were up early with one at the house saying «12−4pm», so visitors knew we’d be open at noon. It was such a pleasure to begin an open house calm, cool and collected instead of sweaty and rushed! Thanks Mike for a great job! Can’t wait till you expand to the South Bay!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I got from Mike. It was so great to see all of my «Doma Properties» signs out on the street already when I was on my way to my open house. What a huge time-​saver! I was in no mood to battle the cones and construction sites in Belmont Shore. The fact that I was able to book him with just a one-​day notice was great too. My «for sale» sign hadn’t made it onto my sign post yet, so Mike was nice enough to lend me a couple of open house signs to put on the property when he dropped off the map of where he placed the signs. You can even arrange for some other stuff to be delivered, like water or cookies. Agents, take note!

Got a blind email from these guys last Wednesday. I actually thought it was from and agent asking if they could hold one of my Long Beach listings open. So I opened the email, clicked on the video and found the concept intriguing. It just so happened that I had an open house scheduled three days later for Saturday so I figured I’d give them a shot. The performed EXACTLY as promised. I showed up to my open house, following the signs they put up, and there were four people waiting at the front door. The sellers were super excited and a bit frazzled, in a good way, that people were showing up early. I told them I hired somebody to put up the signs and they were appreciative of the effort, and the results. I will never put up an open house sign again if I’m holding an open in their coverage area. For the price it is an absoluservice. te no brainer. Service was excellent, the coverage map with all the signs marked was waiting at the house for me when I got there and Mike even called at the end of the day to check in and make sure everything went ok. I only used them for signs but they’ve got lots of other perks you can ‘upgrade’ to like water bottle, soda, cookie delivery and looks like there are more good things to come on the horizon. Seriously, if you are an active agent holding open houses this service is a MUST and your clients will be thrilled.
