Locked myself out of a room in my house. Joey told me he would send someone who could get into the lock without breaking it, but if they had to twist it off it would cost extra (which seemed weird, but I agreed). The guy spent about 10 minutes trying to «jimmy» the lock with a credit card (which I had already done) and then gave up and told me he would have to break it. The whole reason I hired an «expert» was to AVOID breaking the lock, but it seemed this guy didn’t have any true locksmith skills at all. Worst thing was, he was going to charge me $ 40 to pick it, and ended up charging me $ 60 to twist it off with a pair of pliers, which any human being could have easily done. What a joke.

Job requested: Re-​key commercial storefront lock set, add thumb turn, cut additional keys.
Joey arrived smack in the middle of a 3 hour window, explained all services that i asked about, a quote was made, the work performed quickly, and after completed, had his assistant walk through all work they performed, had me test the locks and keys, and presented the invoice for the price quoted. Very efficient and professional.
I had two locks re-​keyed with a master and second level keys. The additional keys slid in and turned smoothly. One door lock set had a thumb turn added. Id highly recommend Joey for your locksmith needs.
