Awesome service from Benjamin. Keys went missing over the weekend, and he was able to come to my place and cut me a new car keys within a couple hours of me calling. I lost my receipt and he emailed me a new one, was super thorough with his service. I’ll definitely call them again for any other car key emergencies

Benjamin was fast, efficient and reliable. I asked him to reprogram the smart key for a 2004 Toyota Prius. He asked a number of questions on the phone to find out if he could help me. Then he came on time and did the whole thing in about 20 minutes (16 minutes waiting for codes or something). He was cheerful and his price was competitive.

Benjamin came out to my office within 2 hours of when I called so didn’t have to wait very long. He just asked me to send him a couple of pic texts of the keys and the replacements to cut to make sure it would work before coming out. He came out and finished everything in about half an hour while I went about my work at the office. Real friendly guy. Good experience and would recommend him whenever anyone else needs a locksmith.

I called multiple places to replace my car keys… I called my dealership and they were telling me to bring my car in… Totally not worth it for me since my dealership is in West Covina and I live out in LA. I would have to tow my car all the way there… um NO! so that was out of the picture. I called around but after reading reviews and called to receive quotes, I decided to reach out to Benjamin and I am glad that I did. We set a time and he was punctual. Such a nice friendly guy and he really cares about his business and the service he provides for each and every one of his customers. I was looking for a locksmith that would reprogram my BMW Smart Key Fob, and I came across Benjamin’s Car Key Replacement, and on their website it even stats, «we can make ANY key and reprogram it for you.» After calling the local office, I was told that they don’t work on weekends and to call back on Sunday. I was surprised being that it was Friday. So I called the 800 number on the website and when I was asked what kind of car and I stated BMW, I was quickly told NO! So per their website, NO, THEY CAN’T DO ANY KEY!!!

I lost my Volkswagen 2003 Jetta key. I looked everywhere for a locksmith that did keys for Jetta’s and did not find anyone. I called Benjamins and he was very professional and honest. With previous experiences, I was not looking forward to getting a key made. I lost my key at the Queen Mary and I live 45 miles away. I called Locksmiths close and I would get answers like, «We can’t cut that key» or «I’m not gunna cut that (key)». Benjamin told me up front what his time schedule was that day, when he would be available for me, and asked where I would like to meet him. There was never a no and he didn’t know I was local. He knew I was in a situation and he took care of me. What made this experience a great one was that in our first phone call, he said he would text me to keep in touch about the time frame. I needed 3 keys programmed for my wife’s 2012 Mazda 3 because the dealer only provided one key at the time of purchase. Benjamin answered my phone call on the 1^st call and quoted me over the phone. Came across Benjamin’s key replacement after reading the reviews. Did not disappoint, after calling him he met me in 15 minutes. Super convenient for me, and a super nice guy. Very informative about how it works, and had went out of his way to find a code for my type of car. After all said and done he got my key and the price was extremely reasonable. I called Benjamin Car Replacement this past Sunday (⁹⁄₂₇) after losing my key while at an USC recruiting event my firm helped to organize in downtown, LA. I went downtown for a couple of hours with the intention of heading to the airport shortly after to make a flight to the East Coast. Upon leaving the event, I realized my car keys were gone. They are the electric ‘keyless’ car keys used to turn the engine on, and since my regular keys only work to open the door in case of emergencies, I called Nissan to see what they could do; I was then told their road-​side assistance was closed on Sunday. At this point I was freaking out because I only had a couple of hours to make my flight. I called several locksmith places, and one actually gave me a pretty good quote, but when the technician showed up, not only was he rude but he jacked up the price to over double of what he had told me over the phone. After sending the technician away, I called Benjamin Car Replacement and spoke to Benjamin directly. He gave me a fair quote and told me he didn’t have anyone available at the moment, but since I had to make it to the airport he took it upon himself to drive over to me. He was on site in less than 30 minutes, and was really professional and concerned. He was able to get me a new key set-​up in less than 30 minutes for the price we had agreed to, despite being in an underground parking lot with no phone/​internet reception. The key works great and I was able to make it to the airport on time. I will definitely be using their services again and would recommend it to anyone in the same situation. Benjamin is the man! Lost my one and only jeep key and he was able to come meet me and got me back up and running. I needed a 4 button key which he then special ordered and after my schedule pushed out the the time we were able to meet back up again. For the wait he then gave me three keys for the price of one
