Jamba Juice

This is my favorite Jamba Juice to go to. I come here so often and every time I leave, I’m already thinking my about when I’m coming back. The customer service is great as well as the cleanliness and accuracy of the order taking. The workers are friendly and very interactive.

Awesome place great staff always great me with a warm smile makes me feel like home, respect getting down with the juice is no joke you need to know your stuff much love to the staff. Joy smile made the entrance to this place awesome. Ron got down with the mix like always. thanks guys and gals

I’m not writing this review because they told me to. I am not related to them, not someone’s boyfriend, not someone’s girlfriend, not their father, uncle, aunt, cousin, nephew, niece, brother from another mother. They’re all totally strangers to me, but they’re kind people so here’s a review! +5 to the girl manager, the asian girl with blonde highlights, and Gryffindor. I think she’s the manager because she wears black? They both work morning shifts. Yay!
P.S: Daniel isn’t referring to any of the employees that works there. It’s a Vine thing that went viral in 2 days…

I really appreciate the employees at this Jamba Juice. They’re always in a good mood, & they make the smoothies the same every time, which not every Jamba Juice does. Definitely my home store

Oh Jamba Juice, you’ve changed so much over the past few years :(
Drinks have gotten marginally expensive and the cups have gotten so much smaller. I used to come to Jamba often just because the price was suitable for the product, but I had to cut back since they raised the price. I usually order the Caribbean Passion and/​or Strawberry Surf Rider. The Caribbean Passion isn’t what it used to be. It sort of tastes plain and not as flavorful like before. Maybe the switched up the ingredients? The Strawberry Surf Rider is still up to par from what I can remember – sweet and delicious. I like how they offer new items for breakfast.
Service was good here. Got a welcoming «Hello, Welcome» when I walked in and drinks came out pretty quickly. Parking is very small. Maybe around 20 spots max?

The new menu choices are awesome. You can tell that they are trying to capitalize on the superfood craze by incorporating Acai berries. I kind of miss the Banana Berry smoothie. The prices have increased significantly but good things are usually pricier. I ordered the Apples and Greens smoothie and the kale was definitely present. That’s a good thing. Not too thick like other times when you nearly get an aneurism trying to get it through the straw. It was just what I needed during a warm afternoon.
The service was speedy and polite. I do have one complaint however. The Unilocal directions kept sending me somewhere else. It took me more than a few illegal u-​turns to figure that out. Please correct that to avoid future issues.

Aside from the parking lot which I avoid by parking on the street, this is one of my favorite JJ locations. The place is spacious, clean, and they have great customer service. My go to here is usually the Aloha pineapple and the Razz. This time I tried the all juice Peach Paradise, and it was very good, not too sweet and the perfect consistency. My other go to is their waffle, I am very addicted to these things and it’s a must every time I go.

I love coming here for a refreshing pick me up smoothie. For years, my favorite has been Razzmatazz with a protein boost. Customer service is always swift and everyone is friendly. The small parking lot drives me crazy during peak hours, but overall, this is the typical Jamba Juice that you can enjoy on any warm day.

Ordered 6 small drinks. Very impressive on getting them out fast. Not happy with large chunks in my drink.

I come here fairly often but it seems lately there been slacking on customer service. I wasn’t greeted at all upon arriving and None of the staff references my being there but service was fast. But I’m big on customer service being a fellow food and beverage employee. You guys need to tighten up !!

If you’re in a diet or just want to have a refreshing drink, this is the place to be. It’s always clean inside this juice spot and most of their menu items are healthy. I always order their Razzmatazz or Mango-​go-​go drink because it’s simply addicting. If only I can drink this everyday, I really would!

With all the bad reviews about the workers I think I came on a good day! I just moved to the area and decided I’d take a walk to Jamba Juice. I was greeted by a really nice woman, she greeted everyone who walked through the door actually.
She welcomed me to the neighborhood and handed me brochure to take home with me. My drink was delicious, even though they forgot to give me my shot of wheat grass the girl apologized.
I look forward to coming back with my husband.

Love it… always have, always will. I had the Acai berry bowl with fruit on top and it was a meal! Soo good! You can’t go wrong here!

I have been holding off writing this review in the HOPES things would get better but they haven’t! I go here almost every morning Monday through Friday because it’s on my way to work and I like the bowls. BUT apparently my LOVE for the bowls does not seem to be reciprocated in the product I receive all the time.
The thing that bugs me the most about this place is INCONSISTANCY and NOT LISTENING to ME the CUSTOMER who is PAYING!
The service is ALWAYS GREAT! I’m ALWAYS greeted with a smile and EVERY SINGLE employee is ALL SMILES ALL THE TIME, SUPER CHEERY and they SEEM to be genially listening to me when I recite my order. In fact they even say it too me before I have a chance because I tend to get the SAME FRICKIN THING give or take! SOOO it is MIND BOGGLING to me that MORE OFTEN than NOT I DON’T GET what I ordered or they do it THEY way they want NOT the way I WANT IT!
I STOPPED going to another location because I got SICK and tired of them getting my order WRONG! I came to this location and the first few times it was PERFECT but since then one day its GREAT the NEXT HORRIBLE!
I ALWAYS GET a bowl in the morning. My thinking is that if I’m getting a BOWL then I want it CHUNKY not a COLD SOUP in a bowl that I basically need a straw to slurp it through because they have blended it BEYOND what I asked. If I wanted a soupy cold mess I’d just order a smoothie and have you put it in a cup so I could DRINK IT!
How hard is it to make my bowl CHUNKY? You adding the same ingredients just NOT blending it INTO a pulp. I even go as far to say I want FROZEN CHUNKS in it and STILL I GET SOUP! I’m really not sure what I have to do or say to get what I want so I have decided to just STOP GOING here and find another morning breakfast place!
The other REALLY ANNOYING thing is that they have a reward program but NEVER ask or remind you to put in your number so you can get your points! REALLY! Why have frequent reward program and then NOT want the customers to ACTUALLY be reward for the patronage to your establishment?
AGAIN it just BOGGLES the mind! I REALLY SAD to have to write the review and it’s been months of going HOPEING and WISHING they would DO BETTER but SADLY they have gotten worse. They mix up what I order, I RARELY get what I actually order or the way I want it. It just a waste of my money and time at this point!
I’m SO FRICKIN BUMMED! But I refuse to continue to spend money at a place and NOT get what I want.

I’ve tried a bunch of their smoothies here. They’re good at doing the fruit ones and the combo isnt ever too sweet… I guess that’s how I know it’s natural.
Tropical kick-​start, which is orange mango is pretty good.
I’ve also tried strawberry whirl, which usually tastes a bit sour to me.
The creamy drinks like orange dream are really yummy, but also doesn’t have any real fruit haha. And when I’m feeling really indulgent, I like the chocolate mood one and the peanut butter one.
The citrus kick is the best fruit juice one I’ve tried. The tender green one is yummy and pretty tasty despite having kale in it. Just wish those juices were served a little cooler. They didnt seem to blend any ice in.

I’m out and about on a beautiful sunny day a perfect time to use the gift card my daughter gave to me on Valentines Day.
I decided to try something new and chose a fruit and veggie beverage I order up an Apple and Greens Smoothie to drink today and my favorite Peach Pleasure to freeze and enjoy tomorrow.
Apple and Greens Smoothie
It has the most vivid color of green this smoothie has a blend of apple, kale, banana, mango strawberry and peach.
It’s creamy and refreshing I had to get over the fact that I was drinking blended kale to enjoy it’s true deliciousness.
It was incredibly rich every flavor popping independently into a flavor explosion with a grassy note unique and tasty its not overly sweet and the apple tames it into perfection
It’s healthy and it cooled me down.
I like it I really like it!
Peach pleasure
I’m going to drink this one tomorrow.
(Defrost on thaw in the microwave 20 – 30 seconds before you drink it)
My go to favorite obsession and as I said before a peach pleasure is fruity and creamy so smooth it slides down your throat with a perfect blend of sour and sweet it cools you down in a Cali minute on a nice sunny day like this and If you like orange sherbet this one has it as an ingredient.
Beware these drinks are expensive.
