There’s nothing like repeating your order 10 times to the new girl in the drive thru only to get your whole order wrong. Not only did I have to repeat myself over and over she was rude. Zero stars!

This Jack in the Box is amazing. The employees are nice, the service is fast and the food is always warm and on point. They are also opened to very late hours including holidays. I can say this is my favorite Jack in the Box because of the service I’ve always gotten. I always go through the drive-thru and they are quick! No lie. they are really on top of their fast food game. I’ve been to other fast food places and boy, their fast food game is dead. I honestly can’t complain about this place what’s so ever! Their customer service is amazing. Just this past weekend, I order a meal with a medium drink, fries and jalapeño poppers but what I hadn’t noticed was that the girl helping me had substituted the fries for the jalapeño poppers. I didn’t check my order until I got home, and when I noticed I didn’t have fries, I called, and the person I spoke to was very nice and told me I could either go pick the fries up that same night or for another night. Because my mom and I love fries I went ahead and picked up the fries. This is when the girl helping me through the drive-thru told me she had substitute my fries for the jalapeño poppers because it would be cheaper for me. however, she apologized for not giving me the option of substituting items on my meal and gave me free medium size fries. Very very cool of her :) Not only do they have amazing customer service but they really care about satisfying their customers. I really like this Jack in the Box for its service but also for the fresh food. When you get your food, you can literally feel the love these people put into making your burgers and fries, they are literally freshly made. I’ve been coming here for a year now, and their burgers are never sloppily made, the food here is definitely made with lots of love, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

If it was possible I would leave this review with zero stars. Constant horrible service, the employees are very rude and are always getting the orders wrong. I can’t fathom how hard it is to put the correct order in the bag. You really don’t need a degree to do that.

The service and food here is good but you better get it to go because the inside is a mess. This place is pretty small as well so it might get crowded since its close to other busniness and a high school. Only time I really come here if its for take out or drive thru.

Executive Offices Jack in the Box Inc. 9330 Balboa Ave. San Diego, CA92123 Jack in the Box No. 120 3032 Palo Verde Avenue Long Beach CA90808 June 5, 2014 Thought that you mike like to know why we will not be coming into your franchisee in Long Beach anymore. Simply put: the drive up window personnel cannot take orders properly. Yes, I know that this is probably a shocker to you. Wow! A drive up window clerk cannot take an order??? Well, there is a bit more to it.. . We live up the street, used to come here quite often, and when one cannot order«extra pickles» on a sandwich, the end is surely near for the world. Now, I will not say that the order takers at this JitB cannot speak English, although I will say that they apparently do NOT clearly understand it. Moreover, let us not blame the loudspeaker — as they usually do at the window, because I REPEATED«EXTRAPICKLES, PLEASE.» And the order taker at the drive-through acknowledged this. But I will say that when they said it — in English and in Spanish, loudly, while we were there, at the window, the end result was, as it repeatedly has been…. A couple skimpy, pickle pieces on the sandwich. So, bye bye, adiós, bon voyage, see ya! Whatever.. . On to your competitors who actually either speak English, understand it, or just care more. Oh, why the copy to Corporate? Easy. When I left comments, several times, on the toll-free number, NEVER A CALLBACKASREQUESTED! Nothing. Nada. Zero. Nyet. Clearly, neither the corporation nor this franchisee cares.

I am a little embarrassed to admit how often I have been to this jack in the box, but if you have a high school student to drop pick up and of drop off you just end up here. As far as a jack in the box goes this one one can’t be beat. Their prices are reasonable(the seal beach blvd location is much pricier). This location is always clean, and the restrooms are clean as well. The only reason they get 4 from me instead of a 5 you ask? The drive thru people make you please pull forward and bring your food out to you, why? So their video tape of the drive thru looks like they served more cars faster. I do understand they call it fast food for a reason, but I’d much rather wait one, even two full minutes longer for my order to be accurate! That, and it happens from time to time you get home and you are short a small fry, or your no cheese somehow became a sandwich with extra cheese. I know mistakes happen, but it happens at many drive thru’s– no one is perfect, I get it— I do have one thing to say to say«ALLDRIVETHRU’S GOTOYOURLOCALIN N OUTBURGER!!! Pay close attention to everything they do and do it the exact same way. 30+ years of eating there and ONLYONCEEVER A MISTAKE, and that mistake was not on my receipt so it didnt cost me anything. At JIB the only modification we ever have is no cheese, by comparison at INO we order it the way we what it, and it’s one double meat, with grilled and raw onions, extra tomatoes, easy on the lettuce, animal style, cut in half, protein style, for each persons order– and every time it’s RIGHT! Jack! We love the munchie meal! It sounds insane, but the brunch-burger was actually an amazing taste experience. It’s a meat meets meat mess but so delicious. My son had the grilled something or other and it’s a grilled cheese sand on a burger and it was heaven in a cardboard box.

I know, it’s fast food and, to most, it means it shouldn’t even be considered food. BUT, when service and food is consistent instead of crappy one day and glorious crap on another day, then I’m impressed enough to review them. The bf and I have parked here before to get food. Big mistake, and never doing that again. Basically, there’s very few parking spaces, and there’s only one way in and one way out without damaging your car or private property. We had to go around the drive-thru with very angry looks coming our way when people thought we were cutting in line. Or maybe they were embarassed to be in the drive thru line, I don’t know. Anyways, we made that mistake of parking 5 years ago, and have only done drive-thru since. The bf tends to get those ultimo tacos, or a chicken sandwich, or the grilled chicken salad. I mean, whatever you get, it will NOT be healthy. Every time he has had their food, no issues with the order, and it always tastes good. For me, I’ve had a number of their sandwiches, but they are super salty! So, I either go with a basic cheeseburger, stuffed jalapenos, or a salad. Price-wise, it’s fine. Fast food is cheap and is bad for you, so you’re getting what you paid for. Service has been crazy awesome. You HAVE to give props on whoever is running the drive thru window because they are normally doing 3 orders at once, moving and talking and reading all at the same time. If it’s past 9 pm, I think it’s only one person that has to do all of that without any assistance, plus maybe even make the food. They’ve never been rude, they’ve always been super-attentive, and our orders have always been correct. Thank you, drive thru workers! Respect! I still live in the area, so the bf and I will likely be back during one of our late work shifts…

I’m not one to brag… well… OK… only when I have great reason to and boy do I have a great reason. So here it is from me to all you«Lover’s of Chocolate Shakes» You need search no more, The Holy Grail of Chocolate Shakes has been found!!! I hold in my hand the Golden Chalice and it is filled with the most mind blowing, perfectly mixed chocolate syrup to vanilla ice cream ratio. Then the all important creamiest/thickness straw test; yes, you know the one where you try and try to get that first sip of shake but your eyes start to bulge and your cheeks start to concave as they meet in the middle of your mouth but you know if you stop now you will never taste what awaits you at the end of that perfectly sized straw. So with one last little bit of air you have you try with all your might and it hits. First it’s cold perfect creaminess awakens your mouth then your tast buds start jumping for joy as the taste of the delightful chocolate awakens them. Once you taste it you can’t stop, so you sip and sip and sip wishing and hoping the moment would never end but alas the slurping sound echoes in your ears bellowing out the words«it’s over, it’s over… until next time» As you can see it has now become a bit of an addiction so I had mapped out all the JTB in Long Beach area and the surrounding cities BUT much to my dismay each and every other JTB has fallen short and missed the«Holy Grail» mark by a mile leading me back to Palo Verde. Yes, I know they say they’re a franchise and they follow the same blah blah blah… but there are differences. Trust me. It’s as if this JTB on Palo Verde has a God from Mount Olympus mixing Cloud 9 and calling it a Chocolate Shake. A very LARGE Chocolate Shake that is with Whip Cream;hold the Cherry please. I have had to become very creative alternating drive thru to walking in to asking others to pick one up for me. Hmmmmm, Yummy for my tummy,

Customer service is really bad! Went in to eat breakfast after an early morning workout and NOONE even answered the drive-thru. I even called them afterwards and they said they were open 24 hours Saturday morning. Went to McDonald’s instead! Looks like I’ll never eat breakfast at Jack in the Box!

What else can you say about jack-in-the-box? Its fast food… Its bad for you… But who really cares when you’re drunk at 2:30am? The guy who works there late night/early morning is always really friendly and mellow and has patience for me and my friends when were having a little difficulty ordering.

It is a nice restaurant. I like my Tacos. That’s the only reason why I would go to a Jack in a Box.

This Jack In the Box is great, just a couple of problems: — If youre going to order from inside, you’ll run into a dirty fecility, like no joke, they probably clean this place once a week. — Another thing is that, the place doesnt like talking lol theyll kick you out if you come in with a group of people. Other than that, its like any other Jack In the Box :)

Why would I review this random Jack in the Box? Because it’s the only one that ever gets my order right, no matter what time of day. During Lent, I make it a point to come here if I can’t find anywhere else with a quick fish fix. The best part about ordering the fish and chips here? The real«chips» I order the plain potato wedges instead of fries.(no cheddar or bacon or anything — yuck.) and it’s always cooked fresh and crisp. Perfect! Most other locations will charge you the full price of a bacon/cheese order, but not this location! Just ask them to «sub small chip» and they’ll take care of you ;) p. s. the fish really is pretty good here. Better than McD’s next door. You know their filets caused the near extinction of the type of fish they use for their O’Fishes.
