My nephew is a new patient of Dr. Hill (broken leg). He has been calling for 1 ½ weeks for a return appointment and has not received a call back He called 2 times a day and gets voicemail but no return call. I also called on Friday and then Monday and no one has returned my calls. My nephew had to clean his surgical site himself because he has not been able to schedule a follow up. Clean out your staff and start fresh, Dr. Hill. I have been at the same job (legal sec) for 20 years. When a client/​patient calls they get a call back!

After a bad accident my original medical insurance transferred me to him. It is always scary going to someone new. Dr Hill’s staff was always great. Appointments were always scheduled promptly. Dr Hill has years and years of experience as a orthopedic surgeon, and seems to be well liked.
When meeting Dr Hill, you are greeted with a huge smile. He is very informal and speaks to you compassion and in a language you understand. He looks at your issue ahd range of motion and treats you individually. He answered all questions and never seemed rushed. Through him I was referred to a great pain management team, which made a difference in the pain I experienced.
He conducted a manipulation on my shoulder and elbow to increase range of motion. Easy as pie. I showed up at out patient. Took a snooze where he moved my arm like gumby. I woke up then went to therapy a hour later.
So what to expect. Expect a lot of paperwork to be filled out. You may want to fill it out before you arrive. They are usually very busy, so expect to wait, even with an appointment. Bring a tablet or a ipod to fill your time. Its important to make sure if you need xrays, you get them and bring them with you. If you do them there, your insurance may expect you to pay.
Honestly the most painful thing is getting there. Its located in LB and you pass a turnabout, like the Grizzolds did. Once you make it to the parking lot wave to the elderly gatekeeper, who will not slime you ahd proceed to the structure. I prefer being up the top level where the Doctor’s park.
After your visit, if your good, you will be fed candy.
