Framexpress is a one-​stop shop for me. I’ve been going there for years. This place has everything you need; Whether you want high-​end frames or simple affordable frames they have them all.
I am 100% satisfy with the quality work they did for me. I will continue going to them for more frames.

If I could give this business zero I would. I took two frames in to the store three weeks ago. I asked them to mat one picture and to put glass in another one. This should have been a simple process. I went in to pick up the two pictures today, and nothing had been done nor had I been called about the apparent confusion in this order. I’m not so sure what is confusing. So now the owner wanted me to leave the frames again. I left the store and do not intend to go back.

We’ve had several pieces of our office art framed by Frame Express, and they’ve always been fast and affordable, and their work holds up after several years. We’ve moved the art work around several times and the frames have held together perfectly despite some rough handling. Meanowuth is great to work with and takes care of us each time. Five stars — we’ll keep coming back.

This place is the best! I have been shopping around to find a good price on some custom framing and was beginning to lose hope because EVERYWHERE I looked was way out of my price range. When I first walked into Framexpress with this conundrum, Min (the owner I’m assuming) helped me figure out several different options but I was unable to get anything down to the price I was looking for.
This is the point when most stores would have just said sorry and let me walk out the door but Min continued to brainstorm with me and work out a few discounts and eventually we agreed on a price. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but far lower than any other place (I’m looking at you Michaels) was willing to go to help me.
I picked up the item today and it looks beautiful. As a very thoughtful surprise, Min even upgraded me to a much nicer frame than we had agreed upon (it was a frame I wanted in the first place but couldn’t afford). He told me it was a surprise because he knew I wanted it and offered it as a sort of Christmas gift.
This place understands the value of customer service and customer retention. Because Min provided me with such great service and was willing to bend on the price in order to accommodate my needs, he has made a customer for life (or as long as I live in Long Beach at least). I will also recommend this place to any friends of mine who are looking for quality framing.

I went in there with three vouchers to get three pieces framed. Two were posters so they were just framed, one was an art piece so it was framed and double matted. I kind of knew what I wanted but Mr. Min took his time to suggest certain styles and colors. Based on other places I’ve had pieces framed in the past I found the prices right in line. My bill was about $ 500.00 which is after the $ 300.00 off from the vouchers. Yeah I know I paid $ 120.00 for the vouchers so basically I saved $ 180. And the frame for the art piece was not one of their in-​stock frames covered by the voucher but he gave me discount anyway. I will go there again.

I walked in not knowing anything about getting a frame done. I was worried I’d pay a lot. But with the Unilocal special discount offer, I paid $ 42! Yes, Kmart shoppers, you read that right — I saved $ 60 on the frame and the balance was 42 bucks. I’m still in shock.
They are friendly, professional, and very affordable. I had to drive out of my way, but they were definitely worth it.

This place is amazing! The customer service is top notch! Super friendly, great prices, and they take the time to really understand exactly what you want. Took in something that need custom work and it was finished in less than a week, and the quality was excellent.

I went there earlier today to get some last minute mats cut, they were both done within about 15 minutes :) Easy and hassle free!

Let’s face it… framing is expensive. So You really have to want it if you’re going to do it. I bought a deal here. They definitely give you special attention and I can tell that they are good at what they do, it is just a bit expensive. However, I got a few work things framed here and the quality was superb.

The owner has a great eye and can help you with what frame looks best with your art. Amazing quality and service!

After reading the reviews on Unilocal,I couldn’t resist taking my new canvas to be framed at Mr. Min’s place. He was very friendly, helpful and honored my Unilocal deal on the spot. Why four stars instead of five then? 1. Despite my 100 $ credit, I still ended up paying over 200.00 to frame my print. Granted, it looks great, and he threw in an extra layer of matte for free, but considering what other people said, I was thinking I’d get a bit more of a deal. 2. He forgot to call me to pick up the print. I know he’s busy, which is a great sign, but I’d left it with him for a week, so I was anxious to see the final product. In any case, I’d definitely return here. He seems willing to work with the budget of the buyer.

Came here, used the Unilocal discount/​coupon, which still was a little pricey (I paid roughly $ 275 instead of $ 450 to have three prints mounted and framed), but he did an excellent job and they look great. I also explained my situation (I was under a bit of a deadline) and he said he’d handle it as quick as possible and it was barely over 24 hours later when he called me and said I could come pick them up. There is a HUGE selection of frames there too. I’d recommend this place for sure.

I’ve found THE place. Absolutely delighted with the service and finished product. I purchased the Unilocal deal: $ 50 for $ 100 and they redeemed it on the spot. They did a beautiful job on the custom frames for my cherished 30 year-​old prints, one of which was a poster that really needed some TLC. Added bonus: they were ready before the estimated turn-​around time. I couldn’t be happier! I plan to be back with more custom projects soon. Highly recommend!

This place is the bomb! I needed a limited edition signed print framed so I shopped around first. I looked on Unilocal and narrowed it down to 3 places. When I got here, Min gave me a deal that was comparable to what I could get at the other shops. The bonus was that this shop was able to frame my print the same day. Plus I like the fact that the shop looks so nice and organized. They even have software to figure out your estimate. Pretty high-​tech for a frame shop! When I came back to get my framed print, I was so impressed at how good it looked. They did an excellent job! Everyone that works here are so nice and friendly too. I will definitely come back when I need a print framed in the future.

I was so excited when I came across Framexpresses Unilocal deal. I immediately bought it up & headed out to redeem it. Their store is in my neighborhood of Belmont Heights, which was convenient plus I love supporting local businesses. The fellow that helped me was super friendly, informative & generally interested in making my experience worthwhile! Before I even received my product I was impressed! They quoted me a week turnaround & they finished early. My piece came out perfect! I’m one happy customer.

Frame Express has boxes of amazing old Long Beach pictures! The prices were great and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

I had an all around great experience here. I wasn’t sure what type of frame I wanted, they had a great selection and helped me with some suggestions I hadn’t considered. Price and turnaround time were both reasonable. I will definitely go back next time.

This place is awesome! I walked in & Brianna greeted me right away was soooo nice! I have never had anything custom framed before and I brought in a caricature that was being gifted to my husband for our 1 year anniversary the following day (procrastination at it’s finest).
Right away she picked up the feel of what I wanted to achieve & offered some amazing suggestions to fit my husband’s personality. She broke down all the pricing for me etc.
I made all my selections and left, but she called shortly after to tell me the materials we picked upon further examination were a little tattered and she offered more options if better quality.
Long story short it was done that afternoon, top quality, top service! She’s awesome & I will definitely use them again. Thx Brianna! He loved it!

AMAZING SERVICE! I drove all the way from Hollywood and they helped me out right away. Friendly and attentive. I needed my canvas stretched with urgency and they did it the SAME day within an hour and not to mention the Unilocal deal was SUCH A STEAL! Highly reccomend!
