PIECEOFBONEINTHEBURGER! Manager says, «We done have bone in our meat». That about says it all! So she basically calls me a liar, right out of the gate and I wasn’t even asking for anything(trying to get something for free). I hope they have video in their seating area. They can see me jump when I bite down on the bone. Choose who you support with your dollars people. In addition, it was the most dry burger I ever ate, not to mention WAY too expensive.

Things I love about Five Guys: 1. The food is always hot and cooked to order and the burgers are great 2. The staff is always friendly. 4. Free peanuts while you wait. 5. The place is always clean 6. They have a Coke freestyle machine. 7. good music playing The one thing I don’t like is their prices. For the same price i can get a decent burger at Red Robin and their burgers come with bottomless fries. Also every time I come here for lunch it’s really dead in here, which worries me.

So let me say this much YUCK! This is being kind… First off It was my first time going to a Five Guys and it was my LAST! Counter service is lacking and by that I mean you can’t speak to the guest with your back turned as the host did in my case. Did not hear one thing she had to say about the menu or anything about anything. I nodded to her when she turned around and just looked and ordered the way my friend asked to order. 1. Burger was the double cheese with the works minus jalapeño, mayo and mustard add light bbq sauce — well done! What I got was a MESS. Completely not what was expected and not eatable! First it was greasy and not a little but like the meat was just FAT. Then what is suppose to be dry nice bun, was a soaking wet sponge. And let’s not forget the works were to be added — lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mushrooms, pickles and cheese with light BBQ sauce! Here is what was on it — yellow core lettuce(very bitter and should have been tossed to the trash) a thin slice tomato, I think. about ½ tsp grilled chopped onions that are kept in a steal dish, not hot or fresh by any means. Mushrooms??? I had 3 of them and fresh NOWAY right out of can that makes them like rubber with a strange taste and these too are kept in a steal dish. The pickle was missing 100%. Cheese is imitation like a sliced american so it melts off the meat before being hitting the bun. And by all means LIGHT means LIGHT so it must mean leave off. 2. Burger double cheese lettuce and ketchup only… SIMPLE! 3. Small fries LIGHT Cajun seasoning — NOPE! Got COLD fries that had been sitting under the heat lamp swimming in Cajun! Water cup was $ 2.39 as they did not provide one it had to paid for. My only comment to the establishment was I did not like the Fries they were cold full of Cajun seasoning and thrown in the bag… what a MESS!!! I was told this is how they do it! Pretty much told to they didn’t care… Management(Sam) was the same person who told me they did it this way and that’s it! I took the order outside and picked it apart NOT eating any of it… Trash was getting a meal! This was a $ 27 meal… IN&OUT has my vote ALWAYS! Jason he DM calls me 5 days later and was rude, unapologetic and belligerent, stating that he did not have to take this! Asked for his superior and I was told NO and hung up on. If you are still going to Five guys you may want to rethink why… Over priced and horrible service and worst of all a corporation that allows for such ill mannered individuals to work for them. **FYIMUSICSELECTIONWASLESSTHANDESIRABLE** Happy Unilocaling!

I have heard for years how Five Guys is supposed to be the best burger place ever. The burger itself was good(I had the bacon cheeseburger with almost everything on it) and the fries were just ok. The whole meal, burger, fries and drink, was over $ 15. Crazy expensive for what it was. I could have gone to another burger place and gotten the same thing for less than $ 10, but I had to try this once. The service is also really slow. Friendly, but slow. They give you peanuts to keep you busy while you wait. Honestly, I came here for the burger, not the peanuts. You can leave those at Logan’s or some other steak house. The peanut shells are all over the floor and it’s not sanitary. Neither were the crickets crawling on the floor. It makes me wonder how serious they take their pest control. So, I only give this 2 stars and will not be back. Sorry all you Five Guys lovers.

They still can’t get an order right. For what they charge I think the least they can do is get the orders correct. When you tell them it’s wrong they just look at you & do nothing and you have to tell them to fix it. Please get it together five guys.

Went in here and they wanted 22.95 for French gets two burgers and 2 drinks the soda machines weren’t working. If it’s broke fix it no excuse. Went to in n out spent 12.94 for the same thing plus got a chocolate milk shake. In n out is way better price convenience timeliness etc. I would give five guys a 5 star but they didn’t even have 5 guys working. The staff was cool but this place is a joke unless you want some peanuts with that overpriced burger. Super greasy the first time not impressed not sure how they are staying in business oh wait…22.94 for two burgers two fries and two drinks lol

My husband and I love five guys. We’ve drove across country twice and been to locations all throughout the US. This location disappointed us the most. The staff is unfriendly, the prices are super high, and worst of all, they gave us the least amount of fries ever. Do not come to this location.

I’ll make this short and sweet. I love Five Guys. I came here often because I feel like it’s the best burger out there. I use the word«came» because I can’t afford to eat here anymore. I don’t know if it’s just this location or all the stores but over $ 15 for a burger, fries and a drink is just too much if I’m not getting served. Really, it was a stretch when it was just over $ 12, but now? I just can’t do it anymore. Your food is awesome! Thanks for the memories!

I do like FIVEGUYS but the prices are a tad high when you look at ordering a Burger, Fries and a Drink and that will run you about $ 15 for that meal. I’ll say this ‘tho, the size /portions are big. The burger I got had 2 meat patties in it for $ 6.99 The fries was their medium size for $ 4.19 which was shareable for 2 – 3 people as a side or could be an entrée stand alone main course for 1. They do have free peanuts too. This location is nice and the service was fast and friendly. The only knock on Five Guys and I think it’s more of a corporate decision is that they don’t cook their burgers to order, so they’re all done medium well, and can’t or won’t do them medium rare(whereas In N Out can and will). Parking is easy here.

Burgers always impressed with flavor and toppings. the fries are always good. Staff is friendly and curtious quick service. There is the soda machine that has like more than 30 flavors to fit your need. And of course they have to have that sweet tea :). Peanuts were good. Forgot to check where they were from. Will return when craving a burger. Plenty of table inside simple décor for a burger place not bad.

When it comes to burgers, I’m pretty picky– I have to admit Five Guys has won me over, they do it right, and you basically can add anything you want to your burger, and its still under $ 10. They cut the fries fresh in house and double fry, just like in Belgium. I will say its much bigger than a typical In and Out DD, but for flavor I find them pretty close with the edge to FG because you can customize it completely and they give you free roasted peanuts, not like you really need to munch a bunch of peanuts before swallowing a double cheese & bacon burger, and a pile of fresh made fries. Damn fine!

Had a burger with all the fixing, fries and a drink. The burger was just okay kinda of like any fast food burger joint, but the French fries were the worst I’ve ever had at a burger joint. The bag that they put it in was seeping grease and when I actually ate a few they were all soaking in grease. I asked the person I ordered from why the fries are full of grease and he just said that’s the way they always make them.(You could literally squeeze the fries and the grease will drip out). He didn’t even offer to refund my money. He just said I can give you another bag. What for if they’re all dripping in grease. This place has really gone downhill since I first tried it 2 years ago. The HABIT is so much better but they don’t have one close to the Long Beach area. I will not be coming back here anymore, and their prices for a burger is way too high for what you get.

Location — Usually plenty of parking in the lot as they share with a couple other establishments including a whole foods. At peak times, it can get pretty crowded but we have never failed to find parking before. It’s located right across the street from the harbor, so it’s nice after dinner to take a walk over there too. Easy to find on PCH. Service — No complaints here; it is what it is. You order at the counter(the menu explains it all so you have to take a look at it), pick up your food when your number is called and clear your own table. Peanut shells go on the floor. No muss no fuss. Food — The one thing that I have noticed about this location is that one order of fries seems to be enough for about 5 people! They always seem to fill the bag after they stick the cup in, which makes me wonder why the farce of pretending to use the cup. Ha! Peanut boxes over by the drinks(if you are allergic avoid the inside of this place!!) and are all you can take/eat. Kinda fun that you just throw the shells on the floor. This is not a «fancy» place. I usually get a «little hamburger» which just means one patty versus the regular burger which has two. Plenty of toppings choices including some which are somewhat unusual such as grilled onions and mushrooms(not usually FREE) and A1 steak sauce. Overall — If you are craving a burger this is a good place to find yourself at. Only complaint is that if you pile on the toppings the burger can get pretty soft/soggy since they wrap it in foil. We will probably be back next time the burger cravings hit.

I recommend ordering online. You can pay online then drive to the store to get your food. I recommend this as I am usually starving and food is cooked to order therefore the wait is 5 – 10 mins(in hangry time that is around a billion hours lol) they will put the fries down fresh when you arrive and take around a whole minute. Staff is always friendly and the food is always great. Little pricy but hey TONS of food.

I love the Five Guys chain. I think that their fries might actually be my favorite fast food fries. This is probably why I love this location — they are so generous with the portion of fries. Seriously, I swear that they give you double the amount of fries than what actually fits in the cup that they give you. Whenever I get an order of fries, I always wonder whether I should eat them all and I usually tell myself no. But, they are so crispy, so perfectly salted, and made with real potatoes — so I never actually stop. Oh well, worth it. :-) The burger itself is good sized, meaty, and decently priced. The burgers are yummy, but I’m not a huge fan of the bun because it’s a little dainty and gets soggy pretty easily, especially since the lettuce is on the wetter side, but that is just a minor negative. The toppings are fresh and for a fast food burger patty, it is pretty tasty. I love this location, there is a huge parking lot, and the employees here are super nice and energetic(and highly generous with the fries = A++++++).

*BESTBURGERS* The guys who work here are some nice kids they always stuff the bag full of extra fries, it’s got plenty of seating they give you free peanuts!!! The soda machine is touch screen feels cool. Clean facilities, real friendly staff, only came once but it left a very pleasant impression in my mind. It is a leeeetttllleeeee steep. I believe I paid about 10 $-12 $ for my burger, fries and a pop. Is it pricey?! Meh, probably… is it worth it?! Heck yes! Stop eating anywhere else and go to Five Guys!!! Wish they had more locations :)

Second time we’ve visit this location and the staff is always very friendly and professional. They went kinda light on the fries compared to other locations but that’s not a big deal still happy with the customer service they gave us.
