I just dropped off my second piece of cross stitching at FAST FRAME. They framed another piece for me in October, that even required the attachment of a tiny pearl, and it turned out beautifully. Their customer service is awesome as they recommend different options for framing. I can’t wait to get this piece done and drop off another! Highly recommended!!!

Matt and his Master Framer at FASTFRAME did a spectacular job on two pieces I brought in last week. From the intuitive and thoughtful assistance in choosing from the hundreds, if not thousands of top-​quality frame moldings, to the color and texture choices of many matte options, to the informed choices of different protective glass, to the careful handling of the original artwork, to the exacting measurements of frame size, matte coverage, artwork exposure, etc., Matt did an exemplary job of making me feel welcome, at ease and informed throughout the sometimes daunting world of professional art framing. Today I was reunited with the finished framed art and couldn’t be happier.
One piece was as poster which, when combined with 2 colored mattes and a slightly distressed-​look frame, looks like fine art, when I know it was only a $ 25 piece to begin with. The other piece was an inherited music manuscript on sheepskin parchment, dating back to at least the 15^th Century. It now looks like it should be hanging in a museum!
Framing was done in a reasonable amount of time and with the aforementioned care.
Pricing was what should be expected from custom work and higher-​end product.
Having had other pieces done at other framing stores, I have experienced the «you get what you pay for» results. But not so at this FASTFRAME. You can trust your finest art or your thriftiest flea-​market find to them and end up with framed artwork you’ll be proud to display. They even have a «Design Guarantee» which allows you to «change your mind» after the framing is done, if it’s not what you were expecting. How reassuring and cool is that?!

Matt was recommended to me by an artist friend of mine, and I am so grateful for the connection.
Matt takes his time with each client, giving his full attention, and making sure you are happy with the choices. He walked me through the custom framing process with such patience and care. We must have looked at dozens of framing options for my first piece, and as I described the room and surrounding, colors and woods and preferences, he found a multitude of options, refining and honing in until a clear winner emerged.
When I came in for another piece, he again took time and care to make sure I was satisfied with the choices. When we measured the artwork and found it was smaller than expected, he offered matting options, then suggested we wait to see if I could get a reprint to my desired scale so that I would be completely satisfied. Just received the final framed piece and I couldn’t be happier.
The pricing for both pieces was within my budget. There are many options, from various glass types for prints to mats to frames, double frames, stretching, etc. that can increase or decrease the price, and Matt was able to explain all the different options and prices without ever pressuring for a bigger purchase. He really wants you to have the best frame for your artwork, for your home, for your particular preferences and needs.
I will definitely return to Matt at FastFrame for all future artwork.
P. S. Matt also makes amazing Infinity Boxes out of mirrors and frames, check out his art online and in person if you have the opportunity. Sometimes he has his boxes in his shop, they are beautiful works of interactive art! I played with one while waiting for him to finish up with another customer, so even waiting my turn was fun *^_^*

Matt and his assistant at Fastframe do an impeccable job! I have had a number of paintings framed by Matt and he always pays incredible attention to the styles and choices. He has a knack for helping to guide the frame buyer through the maze of choices and varieties. There’s so many!
Some may consider framing to be expensive — it is. It’s not cheap anywhere — from Michael’s to Aaron Brothers — but comparing to others, I have found the pricing here to be comparable to if not lower than the average prices at various frame shops.
As long as this Fastframe is around, it will have me as a loyal customer!
