Excellent! I have brought two cars here. Both were processed quickly and efficiently, and then I sold one of the cars. I had issues with the loan lien still showing on my title which delayed the transfer of title past the 90 day emissions check window. Oh, and I had misplaced my copy of smog certificate. No problem. The owner found and supplied me a copy of the emissions check, and the DMV was satisfied that I had passed emissions and could transfer the title. Great service and follow up.

I’ve brought my truck here two years in a row, in and out, no BS. To help your junky vehcile pass, change the oil and oil filter, air filter, plugs, and get it nice and hot. Don’t be mad at dude if your car doesn’t pass.

Friendly and fast service! They answered all of my random questions and didn’t push me to do car registration with them (even though I need it but Im going to do it at the DMV to save some money).

Been coming here since I had my 1991 Nissan Pathfinder (which passed every time). This shop is a trustworthy and very professional smog shop. I brought my accord coupe recently and He honored his Unilocal check in offer for $ 10 off .
He took over the car and 15 minutes later I was out the door with my receipt and on my way home. He has a waiting room with magazines to read while you wait for your car. He also accepts credit cards if your cashless like I am most of the time .
Great spot if you need a smog.

Where do I start. His guys are the best very honest very flexible great service no long waits! The best smog check place in town I’ve been coming to these guys for years it’s a family owned business it doesn’t get better than that!

It was my first time getting a smog check for my 2010 honda. I went here because of the good Unilocal reviews and $ 10 off coupon. The reviews were right, super fast service. The smog check took less than 10 minutes and a good price ($ 48).

My 2^nd time here– what a nice fellow, and very appreciative of your business. First time my Grand Caravan wasn’t passing– he looked it over good and figured out the gas cap seal was faulty– a new gas cap, and it passed. The 2^nd time took in a 1987 class C motorhome I just bought with a Ford Econoline van w/​460 engine. Records showed it had failed before– no problem this time– my brother replaced a bad vacuum hose and it passed. No just hooking it up and yay or nay– he really knows his stuff, lets you know what needs doing and it makes the difference between passing and failing. The free re-​test is worth its weight in gold. I wouldn’t dream of going any where else. Thank-​you, Trey, you’re a peach!

This is my second time here. Based on the consistency, the customer service, and how fast the check takes, I will never go to another smog place again. The gentleman here takes care of his customers and does the check as quickly as possible. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes both times. I even forgot my paperwork from the DMV (Doh!!), and he made it seem like no big deal. It cost $ 58, but by checking in, you save $ 10.

Super fast, super easy and super friendly. It was about as painless as a Smog test can be.

Please take your cars here. Very honest upfront about charges and that’s something I love. I got a smog check. Title change and tags all in 15 mins. No joke. Freaking awesome if u ask me.

I absolutely love this place, it’s the only smog place I come too. I have recommended to a lot of my friends that have also came here. Customer service is great and friendly and fun!

Went in the shop today to get tags. Got out the car, walked right into the garage port & was greeted with smiles from the tech guy Trey who did my smog test & he got me out of their in about 5 mins! This place has great service! I give this place 2 thumbs up! Trey the tech is the go guy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Omg that was literally 3min in and out. Moved my car forward did there thing and right as I was going to ask how long a thing like this takes he says ok you passed all done. Can’t get any better than that.

Easy Smog Test huh? Almost sounds a little fishy if you think about it. If it contains the word «Easy», does it really mean it’s really that easy? Or is it just a gimmick to try to get more customers into their shop?
Nope. Not a gimmick at all. It really is that easy. Maybe for alliteration, they could change their name to Super Simple Smog (Test Only) Station.
When I first pulled into the station on the southwest corner of Artesia and Cherry, there was just a Vietnamese man (his name was Trey) running the shop, and that was it. He was a very nice man whom anybody could easily converse with. When I checked into the shop on Unilocal,I noticed that I could have used a $ 10 off coupon on Unilocal,and Trey was happy enough to honor it. I was at the shop for probably about 25 minutes tops, but at least half of that time was spent just conversing and chatting with him about whatever we could talk about. Since I am new to Long Beach (just moved here from Tucson, AZ), he was also giving me some advice about going about the area.
The shop also does other automotive services regarding vehicle registration from renewals to change of ownership. What you could do at the DMV after waiting for several hours you could also do at this shop (although it would be a higher fee).
Definitely recommend! If I’m still in Long Beach by the time my next smog test comes around, I’m definitely coming back! Not only that, but if there’s anybody around town who needs a smog test, I’ll definitely recommend the «Easy» answer!
