History

Established in 2010.

I came to be a personal empowerment coach after working for years with women as a healer. What I found was a need for a coach and mentor to help women remember their sense of power, wonder and innocence.

We get so bogged down by work and the stress of the day-​to-​day, that we forget that we were once actually creative, energetic, carefree and sexy. My job is to help you remember that part of yourself– to find that open-​hearted, open-​minded, loving and lovable part of you that wants to be given a voice in your world today.

My personal journey of healing is the catalyst for what I offer today. I have experienced the lowest feelings of self-​worth and have fought my own demons and my shadow to uncover my radiant light. I have found my voice and I am joyously sharing it with my tribe.

I love my job as a certified personal empowerment coach, healer and mentor. It is my absolute passion to reveal the magnificence hidden in modern women. It is my undoubted pleasure to help them move through the blockages and negative mindsets that hold them back from living their most powerful lives.

By combining my expert coaching techniques with my strong intuition, I guide women on life-​affirming journeys while helping them break up limiting beliefs, confront their fears, and tap into their passions, manifest their dreams. I LOVE empowering people to live their biggest dreams. I also love traveling and taking them on transformational journeys around the world.

When I am not trekking the Himalayas, shopping the bazaars of Istanbul, or sipping wine in a Parisian café, you will find me offering hands-​on healing, teaching classes, leading workshops, writing my blog and putting together exciting travel adventures for my clients.
