Kristine Ovsepian, a Certified Hypnotherapist and Life Coach with an M.A. in Psychology, helps her clients achieve their goals by creating positive & permanent life changes. She specializes in past life regression, weight management, fertility, confidence, stress & anxiety, depression, fears & phobias, smoking cessation, aromatherapy, energy therapy, and life coaching.

Prior to establishing Next Steps Hypnosis/​Journeys To Heal, Kristine worked at a Hypnotherapy Clinic, where she helped hundreds of clients achieve their goals. Her unwavering determination, passion, and love for helping others, combine to play a significant role in her ability to guide each individual in successfully achieving their specific goals and live their dreams. In so doing, she helps her clients become aware of the power they have within themselves.

As a Certified Dream Builder Coach and NLP practitioner, Kristine teaches her clients to listen, trust, and follow their own internal wisdom. She supports her clients in defining and creating the life of their dreams in areas of: health, relationships, love, creativity, and finances. She guides them to connect to their dreams, discover their purpose, and express their authentic self. Kristine blends her coaching skills and life experience to tap into her clients’ genius and inspire them to create a life they love living.

Established in 2010.

Prior to establishing Next Steps Hypnosis, Kristine Ovsepian M.A., C.Ht. worked at a Hypnotherapy Clinic, where she helped hundreds of clients overcome their subconscious barriers.

At Next Steps Hypnosis, now Journeys to Heal, she provides her clients with security and peace of mind in an environment that is always non-​judgmental, loving, and nurturing. Through traditional and spiritual hypnotherapy techniques, she is committed to helping her clients overcome the subconscious barriers that have been preventing them from enjoying optimum health, happiness, love & prosperity.

Kristine combines her extensive years of training & experience in Aromatherapy, Hypnotherapy, Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET), Past Life Regression Therapy, & Spiritual Healing to help clients heal on a mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual level. Working with Kristine, clients gain the power to overcome past & current barriers that have been keeping them from achieving their desire

At the age of 31, Kristine had a life-​altering dream that changed her life. Soon after, she left her accounting career and dove into the study of holistic modalities. That was the beginning of Kristine’s transition into becoming an NLP practitioner, Life Coach, an Energy Healer and a Certified Hypnotherapist, specializing in Past Life Regression Therapy, Integrated Energy Therapy®, and Reiki. Over the years, she expanded her skills and private practice to include Hypnosis for Fertility, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, and being a Medium. Working in her private practice and at a local Cancer Center she applies Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, and Energy Therapy techniques to help her clients heal on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
