They have everything here! Their meats are all fine quality for very reasonable prices! I come here when I need to do a bulk order of things because their portions are huge and cheaper than Costco. I’ve gotten their beef here and that marble on the meat says it all. It was very tender and delicious. Their seafood here are very good as well, I normally get their king crab legs and… drools. nough said.

My go to place for when I have big parties. I recently started roasting whole pigs for special occasions and this is where I order (30 pd pig is my preference). Very friendly, awesome service. Good prices too.

This place is the best. Unique crafted sausages, such as camel and pork, elk, venison etc. Great bulk seafood, poultry anything you can think of they have it. Our favorite is the Alligator.yum. Amazing prices for the amount of meat u get.

The guys in here were friendly soon as we walked in. They have a couple different price sheets, an array of sauces and seasonings. In addition to their meat and seafood, they sell eggs, pretzel buns, rolls, and pre seasoned meats. Everything is wholesale here and you have to buy in bulk. When I have more money to spend I will be back to stock up, the bag of king crab legs pre cut for 60 bucks looked way more valuable than the grocrery store. You can get 20 pounds of chicken drummettes for 20 bucks, and they are a decent size. Parking lot is tiny and you enter in the back, there is also alley entrance if you drive around.

If you buy meat from anywhere else you are wasting your money! This place has it all and wonderful customer service. They sell anything from alligator to scallops to prime rib. The prices are the best part! Dollars per pound cheaper. Great quality.

It’s gem over here from all the food they have a variety of stuff to choose from. Box of oysters are 25 a pop

I love this place. Straight to the point no nonsense. If you have any questions the cashier guy knows his stuff. First time I came here I picked up some garlic chicken sausage and buffalo patties. Sausages were so good and juicy and the patties were lean and tasty. This time I came back for some angus beef ribs and rub. Can’t wait to try them tomorrow after they have been cooked in the smoker.

Everything you can want and need. All good stuff and hard to find items. Good prices and great deal. Must try this place out I walked in looking to buy one thing and left with 5 things!!!

Located in somewhat of a seemingly abandoned industrial complex lies this market full of frozen meat treats and spices.
They’ve got wild game sausages like alligator, wild boar, elk, along with your regular cuts of ribeyes.
Total score if you’re looking to BBQ for a group of people with OMD (obsessive meat disorder)
They also have a nice frozen seafood selection. The quality looks on par with the critters you’d get at a wholesale market.

Came today for the first time and had a great experience, service and prices were great! Definitely coming back!

So this place is a little scary at first. It’s besides where houses and there is parking in the back. Going in side the people are very nice and helpful with lot of there meat and seafood.“yes” seafood. This place hads lot of meat, seafood, exotic food too. It’s a must to try for a BBQ

This place is bad ass. I understand how this place stayed off my radar, its in the middle of an Industrial park, and kind of tucked away in the corner. A few months ago I was looking for the 710 on ramp and due to construction there as a detour that brought me right past them. Rarely am I happy about traffic but because of that detour I found the best spot in So Cal for killer meat & seafood. Their selection, prices and quality are much better than Costco’s. Before discovering this place I was a DIEHARD Costco man for buying for my steaks, chicken and seafood in bulk. I already had ¹⁄₃ a box of king crab from a previous trip to Costco in my freezer but the king crab legs city foods had looked so much bigger, I couldn’t pass it up, especially since they were almost $ 4 less per pound for their large. I am a big surf and turf guy, so they recommended some great rib eye steaks that just came in, which were extra thick and had BBQ written all over them. They were perfectly vacuum packed which is great for 1 and 2 steak quick thawing. The clerk was nice enough to carried everything to my car and I was driving off about 10 minutes after walking in the door.
When I got home I took a closer look at my new king crab legs verses what I had in my freezer from Costco and I was shocked. What Costco called «large» was ½ as skinny in width then what I had just bought. The clerk at City Foods explained to me that «large» or «jumbo» are not real sizes and knowing how many pieces per pound you get, is the only real way to know the true size. City’s large king crab legs are 2 sizes larger then Costco. At the end of the day I spent almost $ 75 less combined for the 2 cases by shopping here verses Costco. The steaks were very thick, juicy, and as tender as any steak I’ve had at Morton’s or Ruth’s Christ. This place is a hidden gem and not to be missed.

My name is Jose Manuel Carrillo. I was in about 2 – 3 weeks ago because I had received a weekly Wednesday special where you advertise a 4 pack of St Louis style pork ribs for $ 25. I went in purchased a 4 pack and went home expecting a 4 pack of St Louis style ribs. What I got instead when I prepared them for a cookout that Saturday was 2 St Louis style cut ribs & rib tips. This completely threw me off, as your ad says 4 pack of St Louis. As a customer I felt I got fooled, misled, & robbed because your company advertised 1 thing than I got a completely different thing. The only reason i took so long to write was because i was deeply angered and disgusted at the fact that I got fooled. Never mind i wasn’t able to barbecue as much as i wanted, you should at least put on your ads the difference. It is misleading, false advertising and if I had known I would have gotten 2 spareribs I could have easily gone to supermarket instead. Please excuse my frustration and if it seems I am attacking your company, but you really should put 2 pack of St Louis & rib tips instead of 4 pack of St Louis ribs. Thank you.

I found this place a few months ago and have only bought from them four times. The first three times it was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They help with any requests with a big smile and great service. I signed up for emails and a few weeks ago got an email for fillet and lobster. I could tell by the pictures the lobsters were very small but the picture if the fillet was awesome. I bit the hook.
When I went to see it they brought out a freezer bag with four tiny lobsters and a small piece of beef. I frowned at it and he went back and got another «fillet». I bought the bunch.
When i thawed the beef I didn’t think it was a fillet. They didn’t look like any fillet I have ever seen. I grilled them over charcoal and smoke and boiled the tails. One tail was mush and I had to trash it. The other three didn’t taste as good as shrimp and were disappointing. Then the beef, whatever cut it was, not fillet meat. It was more like a cut from a sirloin roast. It didn’t cut like a fillet, didn’t taste like a fillet and was much tougher than any fillet I have ever eaten.
I can say the garlic chicken sausage is outstanding! I ate some then made pizza with some. I’ll go back for those but I’m steering clear of the frozen beef. Burned once already.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I’ve been coming here for the past 6 months to get my weekly source of beef. Not only they have the best prices, but they are friendly and courteous.
So this afternoon, I went to buy my regular New York sirloin weighing in at 8 lbs. Got home and was very excited to grill that baby up. The meat looked fine outside the vacuum sealed bag but when my girlfriend decided to cut it up in to steaks, she kept complaining about a funky odor. I told her that it could just be that it needs a wash. My girlfriend refuses to eat the meat so we decided to bring it back.
Upon arriving, we told them the situation and without any hassle offered to replace or refund our sirloin. Ended up replacing it for prime rib (which costs more) and also a 1lb heavier. Offered to pay the difference, but the owner refused and apologized for the hassle.
It was most likely just a bad batch of sirloin from the vendor since I’ve been getting the same sirloin for 6 months. Will definitely be coming back for all my protein needs. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

Brisket
Mega building, hole in the wall visually. They have all kinds of meat, fresh and frozen — even exotics. You don’t get to see any of the meat before they bring it out, there is a few sheets of paper indicating what they have and the prices. I would prefer being able to see it first…
Purchased Angus Prime Brisket for $ 3.99/lb. Will be smoking it this weekend. Will update my review then.

2^nd/​3^rd visits.
2^nd visit out of brisket — he said a lady showed up and got 500 lbs the day before. Called 2 days later, yep they had fresh brisket. So, drove over there and it turns out that they only had Mexican brisket. Nothing against Mexican cows, but it was small and the quality is unknown.
Now, I’m not so sure about the place :(Dropping rating to a 3.

This place is awesome. I host an annual crab boil and every year I have to run around to the various supermarkets to get everything I need — crab, shrimp, mussels, crawfish… I decided based on the Unilocal reviews to give this place a shot. It’s located in an industrial area of town, someplace I normally wouldn’t visit. Trust me, it is a hidden gem. I was able to buy everything I needed, including Slap Ya Mama seasoning (which is so delicious, by the way) in one trip. Plus, the prices are extremely reasonable.
I am going to a party this weekend and will be stopping by this place to load up on goodies.
Parking is a little precarious in the back on the store so I usually try to find street parking.
