Broker/​Owner Mike Potier started in real estate in 1973, selling land in

Antelope Valley. Later he became a licensed broker/​owner of a successful agency franchise then, in 1993, Mike acquired the company that he would develop into Boardwalk Properties. The business has developed into a boutique operations, catering to the local individuals who are considering of purchasing or selling a home. They have a key focus on true customer service and this is part of the purpose behind remaining a boutique operation. The company is known as well for representing Instituational/​Corporate/​Government clients over the last 4 decades.

Over 38 years ago, Mike gave up surfing every day to obtain his real estate license so that he could focus on getting rich in real estate and go back to surfing every day before he was 30. Life sometimes does not work out the way we plan… Mike is still selling real estate today and only an occasional surfer when the water is warm and the waves are good.

Mike has had a diversified career beginning with selling raw land in the Antelope Valley from a high-​rise building in Beverly Hills, to multiple office & national franchise top producer, co-​owner/​manager/​trainer/​recruiter of one of the largest offices in the area with over 300 sales agents, co-​owned his own development company, began marketing Corporate/​Institutionally owned properties (REO) in 1979, co-​founder of a national Broker Network, and co-​author/​owner of twosoftware programs which enabled him to close in excess of 300 properties in 1996. Mike has sold thousands of properties over the years.
