Beach Equities began in 1972 by Steve Fingerhut — Owner/​Broker. He has built the business for the last 40+ years into a well-​established and very much respected real estate business among his peers, clients, and local attorneys and estate planning professionals.

Paige Fingerhut Charnick became licensed in 2006, and joined her father’s business in 2007 after 5 years working in the legal, escrow, and real estate fields in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Marina del Rey, respectively.
