Bank of America you are truly scumbags! I went and opened a bank account for my Girl Scout Troop which is a non-​profit organization. The man setting up my account Angel said «first 2 months free then after that call customer service and they will waive fees for us because we are non-​profit organization. My little Daisy troop brings very little money which could NEVER meet the minimum requirements of a balance of $ 3k. Long story short, I got my statement they took out $ 16 in account fees overdrawing my account, then charge me $ 35 for NFS fees, meanwhile I set up a Square account which to check to make sure info is correct they charge .42 to my account but them refunded me .42 and you guess it BofA charge me $ 35 and NFS .42 which would have been there is they didn’t charge me $ 16 in the first place. I went to the branch thinking it would be an easy fix. They would make good on their promise and reverse the fees and all would be well. The $ 86 they took from the account is a few months while of dues they collect to buy patches etc. I went into the branch sat down and explained what happened and to my complete surprise they told me in so many words to bad!!! I was shocked at their responds. The way they handled me was like they do this everyday. The way they ushered me around the bank from signing paperwork to going to teller to withdrawn the funds and close my account. I withdrew all of the money I just deposited that day which was a pretty good amount because we have been selling Girl Scout cookies. This could not come at a worst time with it being cookie time. #BankofAmerica you are dirtbags!!! I hope you go down in flame you thieves!!!

Tellers are just too slow. Everytime I come in its a long wait. They need to hire more tellers or do better training. Best part of this branch is nice security guard outside.

This line is horrible! They have one teller on a Saturday I’ve been standing here for 20 mins and the line is almost to the door! Won’t be coming here again

Only because «No Stars» isn’t available. This bank is the worst. As if BofA as a whole isn’t bad enough. I stopped banking with them years ago because of their outrageously bad customer service. Even as a business customer it was horrible.
I go once a month to make a deposit for a friend. The branch at Palo Verde and Spring St in Long Beach is closest to my house, as if it matters. They’re all the same.
As everyone has noticed, they have 13 teller Windows and rarely have I seen more than two open, even with a line 8 – 10 deep. I’ve mentioned this to the manger and there’s been no change. Bank of America doesn’t care about its customers, plan and simple. Today I was making my monthly deposit and stood behind an elderly veteran, 80 ish with a cane. The line was again 8 – 10 deep. After 15 mins, or so, I asked if more tellers could be opened and another customer asked to see the manager. When the asst manger finally showed, we asked how could they help accommodate the elderly vet to get him to a teller without having to stand in this line. The asst manager informed us, and the vet, that he could use the ATM or mobile banking! Are you f@cking kidding me! This was a new low for BofA. We sat the man down and waited for a teller to come and help him. There aren’t words to express this new low for BofA. If they don’t care about helping this true American hero who fought in WWII, what makes you think they give a crap about you.
p. s. The new twist they put into place ¹²⁄₁₇ requiring you to present them with your drivers license when depositing cash. One more in a long list for another time.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes and 2 people in front of me, waiting to open account and there are 2 other worker just sitting there and not even helping anyone. B of A is the worse.

Been coming here for years only to get change for the business. The business line is short but it will take up some time since thre’s only one teller but maybe longer if the teller takes general line bankers. When getting change you gotta bring your own money sack to carry them since they don’t provide any other than the rubber bands on the coins.

Worst bank ever changed over my account they screwed up everything just recently I went in to cash a money order and she said it was expired I googled expiration on money orders and there are none went to a different bank of America and there was no problem save yourself some time and go to a different branch

Before I get started I should say that the five stars am I giving IS NOT FOR THE WHOLE BANK. But for one member in particular.
I went in today roughly around an hour ago to close out my account. Bank of America tried my patience one too many times so this is what I was forced to do. But that’s a whole different story.
The man helping me out was Angel. When I told him I wanted to close out my account, he didn’t try to con me into keeping my account and trying to sell me on anything. He asked me questions to make sure I couldn’t do anything to better my banking experience and keep my account, but never once did he push me too far or try to twist my arm.
He did everything in a polite manner and gave his 100% when it comes to customer service. So once again, Bank of America is not deserving of a 5 star rating… But all my years having my account with them, Angel was the most receptive and professional banker I’ve dealt with.

How dare you scoff at me for wanting to close my account. BofA managed to add additional ‘service’ fees to my account when I hardly even go into the branch. Then they had a bright idea of charging you if you use their ATMs. Which didn’t pan out for them.
What really got me was the person who closed my account said I was one of them (the protesters, the 99%).
Well f#ck ya! I guess I am one of them because I’m tired of the BS I went through with this bank and I had been with them for over 10yrs.
You might have your nice commercials about how Pinks was financed, but eff you both! I’ve met the owners of Pinks and they’re too snobby because they got big, just like you!

Horrible service, only two of the girls that work there are remotely nice. Yaneth is the rudest most unqualified manager. I’ve worked at several banks an have never seen service like this.

It’s a bank… not much really to say about this place. Status-​quo.

The manager kept asking everyone for their name as if she was going to remember. And she kept introducing herself even though her name was on her name tag. I wouldn’t say it was bad service but it was a little much.
As for the personal banker… worst handwriting ever. I could barely make out what he was writing. Also, he was having trouble reading the managers handwriting. Come on guys! When you write something down (especially in a BUSINESS setting), make an effort to make it neat and legible.
The only reason I’m giving this place three stars is because the teller was nice, polite, and efficient when processing my transaction. And I did not have to wait in a long line. Thank you!

The manager there is Lebanese. I know a lot of nice Lebanese people but this lady needs a facelift and should learn how to smile. It’s because of her negativity I go to the BOA on the other side of town! I started making more money since I stopped banking at this place!
