Mike and Mitchell were awesome! DJ’d my daughter’s 16^th birthday party on the Kristine down in Rainbow Harbor. Great selection of music. Super professional and even wore orange shirts! (My daughters favorite color). If I ever need a DJ again, I would call them first. If you need a DJ, look no further. These guys are the best!

Audio Essence helped me make my wedding the best day ever! One of the things I was most concerned about was having an empty dance floor at my reception. I had been to some weddings recently where the dance floor was so empty you could hear crickets. My dad even told me that the most important thing to have at the wedding was good music. That’s where Michael and Mitchell came in. Literally the entire reception people were on the dance floor. Even when it wasn’t a «designated» dance time! Guests of all ages and musical tastes (including my conservative 80 year old grandmother) were dancing all night. The floor was packed all night with exuberant guests. The music they played spanned hits from the 70s to today with seamless and creative transitions. All night I was fielding compliments about how great my DJ was. If you want to make your wedding the best party you have ever been to, then I recommend you hire Audio Essence Entertainment!

We hired mike for my in laws’ 50^th anniversary party — he was totally reliable, listened and responded to our needs, scouted the venue ahead of time to determine what we needed, and had fair pricing. He also had a family emergency in the middle of our event, but made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend!

I hired Michael for my wedding reception on 12÷20÷14, he did a great job! Played great music, was very friendly, helpful and took request. I will definitely hire him in the near future.

Mike and his son threw down some awesome tunes for my wedding. They had a wide variety of music, made excellent suggestions and had a great light show. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hired Audio Essence Entertainment to DJ at a Halloween Party for my work. I found them via Unilocal and was blown away on how professional and entertaining they were. It was a kid’s party so the music was also appropriate. Our kids loved the remix of «Let it Go» I definitely recommend them for any type of occasion!

Audio Essence was the DJ for our 8^th grade Graduation Dance. Michael asked for the kids to give requests. We submitted the request list a week before the event. This went over well with the teens and they requested songs during the event as well. They were very professional and arrived early to set up and test the equipment and location placement. We enjoyed the lighting and smoke machine during the dance. The teens and parent chaperones were very happy with the DJ’s and we were thrilled with how much fun the DJ’s made the event. We especially loved that both of them would do some of the dances on stage that go along with particular songs so the teens could follow along. The teens were dancing the entire night and having a lot of fun! We had many parents request contact information to use Audio Essence in the future and we will definitely be using them for our 8^th grade dances again!

Audio Essence is in the hoooooooooouse!!! My husband and I hired Audio Essence for our May 3, 2014 wedding and words can’t express how thrilled we were with the services of DJ Mikey V and his son. They were extremely professional from beginning to end — checking in with us and our wedding coordinator days in advance to ensure that he had all of the songs we were going to use for our first dance and dance with our parents, as well as the bridal party entrance music, music for the cake cutting, bouquet toss and garter. He had everything queued up perfectly! He also was great about making sure that the artists/​songs we wanted to hear were played during the appropriate various parts of our event (cocktail hour, dinner, etc…) They kept the party going and our guests dancing all night long. DJ Mikey played songs that appealed to all ages groups and I don’t think there was one person there who didn’t hit the dance floor at one point or another :-) At the very end of the night after everything was broken down, I was surprised to learn that our wedding coordinator (Christina Cruz of The Events Boutique) and DJ Mikey were calling our wedding a «dancing wedding». Aren’t all weddings «dancing weddings»?? Nope! Surveys/​studies have found that at about 50% of weddings nobody or barely anyone gets up to dance and the event ends early :-(I would’ve been really sad if that happened at mine, but that definitely wasn’t the case! =) … If you’re looking for a DJ to get your guests up and out of their seats — Audio Essence is your crew!

Choosing them for my sons surprise birthday party was one of the best decisions. They had everyone from Grandparents to little kids dancing the whole night. My son said the best part of his party was the DJ. I can’t wait for our next party to have them DJ. I would recommend them to everyone. They are truly the best.

I recently attended a birthday party where DJ Mikey V was the DJ and did the lighting. Mike and his son were great. They kept everyone dancing (especially me) the entire night and all of his lighting effects were awesome! He turned a backyard into a club and a good time was had by all. You could tell that he enjoyed what he was doing and he was extremely professional but fun at the same time and was prepared with a perfect play list. I was more than impressed and will recommend Audio Essence to all of my family and friends.
