A.P.C Hair Salon

I do not remember the name of the girl who took care of me but she did not listen to what I wanted. She cut more than I asked for, and I also asked for a specific style, long layers which I did not get. I hate my haircut so I always tie my hair up now. She did not talk much and answered the phone while blowing my hair. I should have gone back to my previous salon even if it’s futher away because it was cheaper and they actually listen to what I want and make conversation.

Paulina definitely is a professional and gives the best haircut I have ever received. Haircuts are always consistent and she takes the extra time to ensure you are satisfied. APC is always clean and comfortable, Paulina is on time, courteous, and friendly. I had my haircut yesterday and a complete stranger commented on how nice my hair looked and mentioned I must have a good hairstylist. Prices are very reasonable and the location is great, right next to The Promenade Park! I highly recommend APC and Paulina for men’s haircuts!

Paulina is such a professional stylist. I went in to get my hair cut and styled. I let her know that I wanted to keep the length but have a form, and she did it! Loved how light and healthy my hair felt after she was done. She didn’t over cut and made me feel really comfortable while there. I will definitely keep coming back.

I have been going to Paulina for years now. She is amazing at cut, color, styling for my wedding to even giving my daughter her 1^st haircut. She is extremely kind and you leave her salon feeling relaxed and loving your new hair. She is a gem in downtown.

Services rendered: A badly-​needed trim.
Pros: 1) It was very easy to make an appointment. I recommend that you do so as opposed to walking in. 2) Paulina was very nice and even allowed me to keep my bike in the salon while she cut my hair. 3) Paulina did a fabulous job cutting my hair. I have heavy, thick Asian hair, and she properly took about an inch off all my layers. It was probably the best trim I’ve had in about two years. 4) If you park in LB parking structure that’s between 3^rd/​4^th St and Pine/​LB Blvd where there’s two hours of free parking, you are just a quick walk to the salon from there. I rode my bike in, which is even better. :-)
Cons: 1) Call to make an appointment. Paulina was the only one working when she was cutting my hair, and she had to turn someone away who walked in. This really isn’t a con unless you’re the person who walked in without an appointment.
Summary: After searching high and low for a great hairstylist, I found Paulina. Now I just hope she doesn’t move away. ;-)
