It takes some work to make your physical fitness needs a real priority in your life. With RPT you can do it! RPT brings NASM certified personal trainers and fitness pro’s to your home armed with an arsenal of equipment to get you started on your path to good exercise habits.

RPT provides every client with a free consultation to assess the clients specific needs. Once the clients needs are identified, RPT trainers perform a series of cardiorespiratory and movement assessments to determine what program is most appropriate for the client. A custom tailored program is then designed and implemented in to the clients daily activities.

RPT’s goal is to educate and empower the public with the knowledge and skills to take a proactive approach to safely and effectively maintain physical health, longevity, and well-​being.

I started my journey to becoming a personal trainer in 2010. After struggling to lose weight for several years I finally made a commitment and worked hard to lose 65LBS in a year. I became addicted to fitness and wellness and decided that a career change was necessary. I obtained my NASM-​CPT and started working towards a degree in exercise science and human performance. I began my training career at 24 Hour Fitness where I helped countless individuals reach their fitness goals before opening Resolution Personal Training. My mission in life is to help others achieve their life goals. Nothing fulfills me more than seeing someone become an unstoppable force and triumph over adversity. I am committed to my practice as much as I am to myself and every individual who I get the honor of training.
