This place is my go to! Always friendly and incredible customer service. The qualities that comes out of this location is always fantastic. I’m so lucky that they’re up the street from my work so in case I need anything at all they’re always there. I’m very happy that I finally found the nail salon they cannot only cater to my needs I can make me feel comfortable at a great price point.

I discovered this place a few months after moving back to CO last year. What a great find! It is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and it is a pleasure to visit. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent nail salon!

OP Nails have been amazing. Mom and I have been loyal customers for about a year and a half. We have never been disappointed with the service or the quality of work that the nail technicians provide. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for great nails and atmosphere.

Love this salon. Clean, comfortable place with incredibly kind and happy people. The owners Jenny and Doug are always accommodating and the service is excellent.

I really like this place.
All the techs are nice and do what you ask, instead of just half way. They also arent aggressive with upselling. Of course they will ask if you’d like a pedicure or a wax, it’s a business. My old place used to be so aggressive and almost offensive with upselling, so this is a nice change.
Pricing is on par with other… strip mall nail places.
Very clean, I like being able to see their sanitizer machine, some places are very sketchy.
The language barrier isn’t an issue here, I can always get in an out in a good amount of time with the nails I wanted.
I’m old school, I still love acrylic nails. The techs here don’t torture my nail beds, and the nails don’t lift in 4 days or crack at the slightest ding. This place definitely uses quality acrylic. I also love pintrest, so whatever picture I show them, they make the design happen.
Best of all, they have their own version of a rewards program, if you become a client, you get a discount on service after so many visits.

Although the owners are nice, their staff is not. Do not honor appointment times; walk-​ins that come in before you will still get priority regardless if you schedule. Nail Art is limited to flowers… can’t do any other designs and Jen refuses to look at a tutorial when you try to explain it.

Favorite new neighborhood nail joint outside of NYC. Great value for basic mani/​pedi and WELL-​VENTILATED!

I went here for 3 years until I moved out of state. Helen was the BEST there!!! I never had issues with nails lifting, being uneven or bumpy. She always made sure I was happy before I left. Her pedicures were awesome too!!!

This is the first ‘asian’ nail place I have tried that I had to wait for a manicure. I thought I would give it a try despite the one not so good review they got since it sounded like it was specific to her experience .
Four manicure stations and seven sitting at pedicure stations but of those three being worked on (the others were waiting for their toes to dry I suppose).
I was then moved to an empty manicure station… hmmm…perhaps to make me feel like I was making progress?
Long story short, they did a nice job but not sure it was enough for me to go back… but I guess we will have to see. :)

I received a coupon in the mail for this location because it just changed ownerships and I was very impressed. It was clean, they were very friendly, it felt spacious (lots of nail tables and pedicure chairs). They got to me quickly and did a very good job.
Absolutely no complaints and it was a very pleasant experience! I will definitely be going back.
I got a shellac manicure and I have very short nails which are hard to paint on and Lily took alot of care with me and took her time to make sure the job was done right!

The nail technician I had was very friendly although my shellac manicure was dull on all but 3 fingers. She told me that if I did not leave my hands completely flat in the light they would not come out shiny. I made sure they were flat and they were still dull. My 2 friends were shuffled from table to table and not given equal treatment regarding service. I did not return to have them fix my nails because I did not have time. So I can not speak as to if they would have made good on their service. I feel as though they were too busy to accommodate as many people as were in the shop at the time although acted as though they could. Therefore charging people full price for mediocre service. I will not return or recommend to anyone as I did on this day.
