Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had, I have never been treated with such disrespect by someone who is suppose to be giving customer service. When I asked for the owners phone number the girl said go ahead and complain about me my boss will do nothing, but nice try. It is sad that it is acceptable to be so rude. I will not only never shop here again, I will make sure that everyone I know knows that if they don’t want to be treated like a second class citizen than flip flop shop is not a store for them.
