This place is great. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been helped by a nice young man named Sam; he’s been nothing but friendly and seems very knowledgable about the business. I will be returning for snow tires soon!

Headed in there today for a simple tire rotation. Polite staff, quick service. Helps to make a reservation online before you show up.

I have to say THE BEST customer service. I brought in my car with a flat without an apt. The team took care of the car and stayed open to service all clients. Devin was very helpful. They go above and beyond.

Randy was great! They worked with us to get the tires we wanted on my girlfriends truck, and he even took the time to help me with a seperate tire issue on my own truck after they were closed! Will be back for future tires!

Needing immediate new tires after procrastinating the unsightly purchase, I called around and researched prices everywhere. Tires are expensive and it can easily hurt the wallet. (That much for rubber?!)
Randy helped me on the phone and when I met him in person at the store, he was just as friendly and as helpful as he was on the phone. (Thanks man!)
He took time to explain the advantages of each different tire and the sales deals that accompanied each one as they applied. He made my emergency purchase easy and totally painless. I appreciated that he made time to actually talk to me instead of being curt and to the point. I felt like I was respected. I’ve gone to other tire places in the past and the employees are curt, don’t make the time to create a positive experience and don’t view me as a possible returning customer. It seemed as though Randy and his crew viewed me as a peer, dare I say a friend… at least that’s how I felt. I wasn’t just some schmuck who was in an obvious bind, to be taken advantage of. I was frank and told them I had done my research. I asked industry questions to ensure I was getting what I wanted. But ultimately, Randy helped guide me to the best, most affordable solution for my driving needs. It was a great experience and I totally appreciated it. Very professional and polished.
All in all, you can say this review is about customer service and the service I received was some of the best I’ve ever received in the industry.
Some feedback: The only point of feed back I could offer, is that when we discussed the purchase of the tires and after-​sales services, it was explained that for their lifetime, the tires come with a balance and rotation every 5,000 miles. However, when I looked at my receipt, it looks as though there was an itemized service charge of $ 11.00 per tire for lifetime balance and rotation. It was not explained to me that I would be purchasing this service. I was under the impression it was complementary. I believe the phrase used in the conversation was «the tires come with a lifetime balance and rotation service». So either they come with it or it’s extra… one of the two. «Included» and «extra service charge» mean different things to me.
I strongly dislike negative surprises and hidden charges on anything I purchase, be it goods or services to be rendered. Just explain that I’m paying for it and I’ll probably be just fine with the charge. Surprised me and I’m wondering why you didn’t mention it before hand when I gave you over $ 800 cash. Just sayin’.

I had the most pleasant experience possible… when dealing with a flat tire. Joshua got my tire special ordered and delivered ahead of time and meantime had the guys check the air and lug nuts on the ‘temp’ tire so that I would be safe. The entire transaction was just so wonderful — I cannot recall EVER being happy about going to a tire store, but this was redefining. Once the tire was in, I waited about ½ an hour in a pleasant waiting area stocked with lots of newspapers and periodicals, and it was so low stress and easy.

I purchased my tires here for 4 of our vehicles — they always have the best prices and customer service is AWESOME. Had a flat from a screw apparently and the gentleman who helped me Rob was so nice. He went ahead and balanced and rotated my tires for me. Very pleased with my experience today and always in the past. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes

LOVE this place! Super friendly, fast and honest! I’ve been buying tires at Discount Tires for years and they never disappoint. I got a nail in my tire today and they fixed it for FREE even though I didn’t buy the tires there — they are original to my 2 year old car! Had a bad experience with Sams in tires. Went to discount tires in Lone Tree off of Lincoln and had the best expwrience. I am thankful and highly recommend Discount Tires at Lone Tree. Better pricing, incredible service, timely and going out of their way in helping us. See Marc. HE’S THE MAN!!!

After a bad experience at Big On Tire, started coming to Discount Tire. They have more than met my expectations! Every one in my family uses them and agree they are one of the best companies out there. They always have friendly, knowledgeable, experienced staff! !! Love the Lone location they are very efficient!

Sloppy, careless work. Brought my vehicle in for rotation and rebalance of my tires. They were not careful placing floor jack underneath the front of my truck, so the truck fell off the jack, damaging parts underneath. Didn’t rebalance three of the tires. Ended up going to a another location to get these guys «work» fixed… Not impressed.

My favorite company on earth. Best customer service which is consistent no matter where in the country you are at. This is the only place I get anything done when it comes to tires. I wish every company on earth operated like discount tire.

I did something I almost never do (can’t remember doing) — I acted first and asked for permission later.
Ok, I’m being a little dramatic, but I pulled into an empty spot in the service bay next to a guy working, hopped out and begged for his help. His reply? «Sure. No problem.»
The «Free Air» sign at Discount Tire really means free air, and free air now. After driving around close to 10 gas stations in a 5mi radius looking for a working air hose (and failing repeatedly), I was out of hope when someone asked if I tried Discount. I hadn’t and was so desperate that I drove all the way back looking for it. I’m glad I did!
The guy working checked all four tires and inflated the one throwing the warning. Hero. Thank you so much!

Corey has been great to work with. Matched a warranty on some Yokohama tires and when the worker bees accidentally put the wrong tires on he switched them out pronto.
Although it was a hassle to have to come back a month later, I appreciate their ease and customer service!
I think the price was very fair as well and the mail in rebate was a bonus. (Just dont forget to mail it in)

This is the best discount tire in Colorado. (period…in case you didn’t see it)
I’d drive an hour in rush hour traffic to go here…
I drive past three discount tires to go here…
These guys are professional, on point, fair with the customer, fast and want to put the best tire on the customers car for the best price.
The whole team is solid from management to jr. tech
I have very specific needs for a high performance car and these guys understand and respect that. They don’t give me a hard time like other shops they are honest and professional.
I can trust high performance tires to be mounted on aftermarket wheels from Japan with no hesitation.

These guys saved my life yesterday.
I got a flat tire yesterday morning on my way to work and called AAA to come and help me put the spare tire on. I have a truck and it’s a HUGE pain in the you know what to get the spare out from under my truck.
I then took my flat tire to the discount tire on Hampden/​Monaco and waited 45 mins for them to repair my flat, since they were really busy. After it was fixed, they handed me my keys and sent me on my way.
Three hours later, my tire was flat again. Completely. And I was seriously upset.
I then called THIS Discount Tire, since I was only about ¼ of a mile from them, in tears, telling them what happened. After spending an hour to put my spare on again, I showed up at this Lone Tree location and the guys there were incredibly nice.
After inspection, they realized the other Discount Tire never even repaired my tire. There was no plug and no indication that they did anything to my tire other than put air in it. They called the other store and got mad at them for me, then gave me a free brand new tire because they said I had already been through enough that day.
Yup. A free tire. Thank GOD. I could have hugged every single one of these dudes after what I had been through.
Defiitely will be back to buy more tires from them. They rescued me and I am thankful. Five stars!
