Had a great experience here when my Alternator died and had to be replaced. They had me on my way in about an hour and a half and did not push for any additional devices. They even replaced my license plate lights at no charge!
Tim was very pleasant and helpful. He seemed to have quite a few regular customers while I waited which is usually a good sign.
This is my second experience with Meineke, the first at this location. I’ve been very happy with the service and quality of repair both times.

This is where I usually take my 1999 Mountaineer for regular servicing and used to take my wife’s 2002 Beetle (now sold). I did not have a good experience with the Pep Boys location at Lone Tree, so I thought of trying Meineke for a change. The scheduling is easy since it is online. They are quick with oil changes, and the mechanic (Sheldon) has taken good care of the Mountaineer as well as the Beetle. Cheers!

I had a bad experience at a different Meineke shop, and as a result they gave me a free oil change voucher. I took the voucher to this store, and they still charged me $ 8 for a cartridge filter. I am still amazed that they had the gall to charge me for a free oil change. Plus, they didn’t even use synthetic oil — which is what I had paid for previously. At that point, I cut my losses by paying and walked out the door.
This is the second time I have left a Meineke shop amazed at their lack of common business sense, and lack of sufficient customer service. It was also the last time, as I will never be going back. I recommend looking absolutely anywhere else if you value your money and/​or logical reasoning.

Don’t bother making an appointment because if a customer without an appointment knows the manager, Steve, they will get preferential treatment and leap frog your appointment time.
Don’t waste your time.

I’m a big fan of this shop, and have been taking my car here on and off for a good 10 years. I won’t say the same about all meineke shops as they are franchised.
The good:
+ Priced well for basic & routine maint
+ The guys are straight shooters, don’t try to sell me crap I don’t need… but tell me what to look & listen for before my next scheduled maint.
+ Availability & scheduling is real easy
+ Price competitive on labor rates for bigger jobs
The no so good:
— The waiting room is tiny. You don’t want to hang out inside for more than 30 minutes. As a matter of fact, plan for a ride or wait at the tapas house across county line and have lunch.

Brought my car here to get some new front brakes after a really terrible experience getting rear brakes at Brakes Plus a few months ago. Meineke was fair and told me everything that needed to be done before starting the work. They were quick and efficient. I will bring my car back here for any repairs and oil changes that I need in the future. Great customer service.

Figured it best I update my review since it’s been awhile since my last one and I still frequent this shop. I’ve actually been back to this location a few times since my review in 2012 and things have gotten a lot better with their online appointment scheduling. The guys there are always nice and friendly and I feel give me honest answers to big problems. $ 20 for a standard oil change plus their buy 4 get one free punch card!

We are loyal to Meineke because we have family out of state that own a several Meineke shops. We trust Meineke to be honest, fair, and do good work. My only complaint is that this location takes forever to do a simple oil change & they always under-​quote the time it will take. We’ve gotten our oil changed at this location at least 6 times {between our two cars} and only once was the 45 minute quote accurate. Every other time, we are quoted 45 minutes & it takes over an hour. I always have my kiddos with me & we always end up sitting outside due to the adult programming always on the television. Last time, as I was paying {75 minutes after dropping my car off — again after being quoted 45 minutes}, I mentioned that I was quoted 45 minutes. The person completing my transaction said «That’s what you get for asking the wrong person how long it’ll take»…well, I had no idea there was a «right» or «wrong» person to ask. I simply asked the person who checked me in & took my keys. I told him that & he interrupted & said «…and not having an appointment» I corrected him & told him I did have an appointment & he completed my transaction without another word. A simple «Sorry it took so long» would’ve been appreciated. I will likely find another Meineke, I’d rather drive a bit further for fast & friendly service.

I’ve got my oil changed here twice so far. I meant to post an awesome review the first time but time slipped away. I was pregnant with my 2^nd child the first time I went here and the guy at the front desk was so kind! I asked him if there was a fast food restaurant I could walk to near by and he advised me that I would have to cross the busy intersection and told me he would be happy to drive me! He was super friendly and funny! The second time the same guy was at the front desk and again was still super friendly. It only takes about 30 mins to get the oil changed here. Fast and friendly service, oh and by the way… cheap too! I had a coupon the first time for $ 15 and the second time I paid the normal price of just $ 20! Love this place!

Tim was very helpful and professional– fixed my car fast and didn’t try to gouge me. I’ll trust them for future repairs!

Been using this place for a long time now. Tim has been wonderful and honest! I trust them and that is saying a lot in the world of auto repair. There are times I though something was wrong and it there was nothing wrong or it was something totally different. Not being mechanically minded they could have sold me on things that I did not need, but never did. Also checked
over a used car I bought before I bought it and charged nothing. Love this shop!!!

Very happy with the service at this location. I’ve had my Toyota Tundra serviced there twice and both times I was pleasantly surprised with the not only the quality of the work but how quickly they got it done. On top of that I felt that they were very honest and knowledgable about their services.

Starting to really like this place. I have replaced both the front and rear brakes for one of my cars here. So far so good. Service and communication is great. Tim is very, very helpful and easy to work with. Decent work for a decent price. What a great place!

Strikes #1 and #2: Screwed up an oil change once by leaving the oil cap off and the 2^nd time by not resetting the reminder light. Bad sign when you can’t get the most basic of services right…
Strike #3: Tried to sell me unnecessary brake repair. I had 2 different local shops that I trust confirm that I did not need as extensive of work as this Meineke said I did.
Stay away!

Props to Tim and the crew. Set me up with new struts for my Rav4 at a great price and even gave me a ride down the street to my gym so I could work out while they worked. The struts were genuine Toyota, which is always a plus.

Called in the morning to schedule an oil change. I was told no appointment necessary, just come on in. When I got there I was told it’d be a couple hour wait. Frustrating.

Like I’ve said before, we own several non-​new… ok OLD autos and prefer them over new cars and the payments that come with them.
Our Deville was giving us the «early warning» noise, which then becomes a last chance noise when ignored. Finally the car took to urinating brake fluid everywhere it was parked just to make sure it had our attention.
With money in the budget, and fearing the worst, I started Unilocaling for a trustworthy brake repair shop. After reading several reviews on the other shops nearby, decided to give this location a try.
We dropped it off with Tim late in the afternoon and by the next morning he called with a very reasonable quote for rear brakes and rotors, repair of the brake line to stop the wet spots and also provided good news about the front brakes… in fine shape! He suggested flushing a few other fluids based on the mileage of the car, the condition of the fluids, and the manufacturers service schedule.
With my budget still in the positive, I asked if he could also look at the air conditioner since the «all windows down» method wasn’t working during the current heatwave we are having. WIthin an hour Tim called back to let me know he had located a loose fitting and determined the system needed recharging.
Tim called once the car was ready, we picked it up and couldn’t be happier!

My car desperately needed new brakes. I hunted around online for coupons and found some from Meineke. The manager was very kind, and took time to explain the estimate and walk me through it. He was even able to bring the price down $ 50.00. The service was speedy and excellent. I didn’t have to lose most of my work day to wait for my car to be done!
