History

Established in 1996.

In business for over 19 years, Founder Chris Brown started working in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry at the early age of 18. This allowed him to accumulate a tremendous amount of experience over the years in properly waterproofing concrete structures. Chris was a former Project Manager for The Harry S. Peterson Co. in Boston, MA, one of the country’s largest concrete restoration and waterproofing contractors at the time. The name Rescon was actually derived from the industry phrase «Concrete Restoration». Since 1996, Rescon has become one of New England’s largest, well respected basement waterproofing and basement finishing companies. Rescon has offices in MA and NH and transforms the basements of thousands of clients each year.

Meet the Business Owner

Christopher B.

Business Owner

Founder and Managing Partner of Rescon Basement Solutions. Chris has been involved in the Concrete Restoration and Waterproofing Industry for over 20 years. Prior to starting his career, he attended Fitchburg State College and served in the US Navy.

He has a strong background in the field of injection techniques for concrete structures and his experience include projects all over the country for a wide range of clients including The Army Corp of Engineers, NASA, and the MWRA to name a few.

Chris has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester Home Builders Assoc.(GMHBA) is an active member of Basement Health Association (BHA) and International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI). Chris also holds an Unrestricted — Construction Supervisor License (CSL-​U) in Massachusetts. Chris is heavily involved in the day to day operations of the business with a primary focus on Business Development and Finance.
