Business Owner

With over 40 years of experience, Norman Mancusi is one of the leading builders in the New England area. Norman founded Mancusi Builders in 1984 as a framing company — Framing Specialists — with roughly 20 employees working in NH and MA with a quality unmatched. In 2003 Norman reduced the size of Mancusi Builders, LLC to focus on general contracting and began pursuing sustainable/​green building practices. Norman was educated as a carpenter from Whittier Vocational School in 1974 and has continued to expand his knowledge of the trades becoming a BPI Energy Auditor in 2010 and a Master Certified Green Professional in 2012 by the NAHB. Norman currently sits as a Member and Large on the Steering Committee for Build Green NH and is a leading voice in the New England area on sustainable building practices and building technology. Norman orchestrates all of Mancusi Builders, LLC’s construction projects large and small, always finding innovative ways to make construction more sustainable
