Vitamin & Herb Store

This is one of the best Health Food Stores I have ever been to. The products they have, the way it is set up, and the overall atmosphere are fantastic. However, the best thing about this store is the people who work there, especially Heike, the owner. She is amazing. Not only is she knowledgable, she is willing to take the time to share that wealth of information with all her customers. She genuinely cares about the people who patronize her store. I had never met or talked with her before, but she took the time to address my needs and share her knowledge. I am grateful to her and love the quality products I purchased. I will go back!

Heike is a staple in this town. One of the first people I met when moving to Lompoc. She is very knowledgeable. Good selection of vitamins, herbs, and organic stapes (small selection of veggies, eggs, and milk) and the deli is a plus. Highly recommended.

The owner is amazing, very friendly and helpful. However her workers on the other hand not so much. Went to get a smoothie not only was it the worst smoothie Ive ever had in my life (watery with no flavor at all) the girl who made it was anything but friendly. I asked what kind of smoothies they had to offer and she just pointed straight down to the menu like i was stupid. Then after she finished the smoothie she just set it on the counter, disappeared and didn’t even notify me at all that it was done or even there. I was standing right in the waiting area too she could have just said «here you go» needless to say i will not be returning there ever again for a smoothie.

Friendly and knowledgable lady who works there. I’m going to assume she’s the owner. A nice variety of products I found what I needed. They have a smoothie shop there too. Prices average to what I have seen other places

Love this store. Heike is so smart and super helpful when it comes to making the decisions on which supplements are best for your body. She stocks an amazing variety of health supplements, as well as fresh local foods. Prices are reasonable, and I really love supporting her business. She also just opened up a tea shop next store and uses local or fair trade teas only, so the selection isn’t overwhelming and the tea is really high quality.

It’s located at 525 Central, next to the gym and FoodsCo. It has a deli and organic produce section. It is a wonderful place. The owner or front employee is very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a tea room for reservations, very cute. Lompoc — support this buisness, there is nothing else like it.

This woman is a blessing! For many years I have suffered with a severe menstrual cycle, debilitating pain where all there is to do is lay down in a fetal position and cry and crazy mood swings. I went to my MD where he wanted to place me on loads of meds.: birth control, antidepressants etc etc. about 5 meds total.
The thought of getting on all those meds. didn’t sit well with me so I went to Heika. She did give lots of info that I do appreciate and this information has made that time of the month livable again. Wally’s review didn’t sit well with me because, the facts are Doctors take very little if any courses pertaining to nutrition, so the answer to many patients problems is medication! I am sorry Heika’s knowledge hurts your ‘doctor ego’ but there are many people in town that she has helped that MD’s couldn’t So Heika thank you so much for all you do!

I agree with Wally M’s review in that the owner will give you loads of information about a lot of things if you ask; Customers will often ask for the information and although the owner has good intentions, I believe it’s difficult for the regular customers who know what they want to buy but have to wait in line for a very long time just to get what they need. I believe she should have two people working the registers if she is going to answer all the questions with such detailed information. The owner is a very nice woman and the store is a good place to shop for vitamins and supplements.
