— Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning: Serving the community for over 25 years. We use only ‘state of the art’ carpet cleaning equipment and highly trained technicians.

— Water Restoration:. From broken water pipes to leaking water heaters, washer supply hoses, backed up mainlines, and many other home appliances and fixtures. Water repair must start immediately to restore the residence to pre-​loss condition.

— Fire Restoration: Timing is critical. Within 24 hours after the fire is out, pre-​cleaning must be done to impede the etching process limiting the amount of the loss. Our Professionals are trained to deal with every aspect of the loss.

— We also do ceramic tile and air duct cleaning, as well as floor removal.

History

Established in 1974.

Oliveira’s was started in 1974 by Dave and Carol Oliveira.

Originally a flooring and window covering business, it has since expanded to include carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, fire and water restoration, floor stripping, as well as air duct cleaning and tile cleaning.

Business History

1988 — Dan Oliveira came on board.

1989 — Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning were added.

1990 — Professional water and fire restoration were added.

1990 — Emergency damage mitigation services were added.

1995 — Air duct cleaning was added to our cleaning service.

2000 — Fire and water reconstruction services were added.

2000 — General building construction was added.

2011 — Floor stripping equipment rental and service.

Meet the Business Owner

Dan O.

Business Owner

Dan Oliveira brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. He started his career as a heavy equipment operator and gradually moved into logistics transportation. Dan came to the family business in 1988 and was instrumental in forming and operating the cleaning and restoration division. In 2000, he acquired his general building contractors license, and in 2004 he added his C-​15 flooring license. In that same year, he purchased the business from his parents. In 2006 he added C-​12 grading and paving contractors license.
