Established in 1976, Rancho Pool Service began as a small pool route of less than 100 pools. We now service more than 700 pools, spas, and fountains in the South Bay area and believe our ongoing success to be a result of our hard work, dedication, and passion for the pool business.

Rancho Pool Service is licensed by the California State Contractors Board (#853 869), which is required for all pool renovations and repairs over $ 500.00 and our technicians are licensed by the L.A. County Health Department. We also carry full liability and workers compensation insurance for your protection and ours.

Our goal is to provide outstanding service and to satisfy our customers. We want to make sure that you and your family can enjoy swimming in a clean and healthy pool or spa.

We are an authorized warranty station for all major manufacturers: Zodiac/​Jandy, Pentair, Hayward, and Raypak.

We switched from another pool service because of lack of ‘service’ and prompt response from the other company. Rancho’s service has gone down noticeably in the last few months. Consistency is not there in service or the scheduled time they should be at the house (we have two large dogs-​and I need to know when they are here so I can put them in the house). I know there were one or two service people who may have left – but they should be able to maintain the level of service and not let the customer (me!) have to call them over and over «where is the person»? It’s hard to get good service these days. We’ve been very very patient with this company and it might be time to rethink and look somewhere else if their service does not improve. right now, person still has not shown up – they should be here no later than 9:30am. Marnie — Mike — you all need to get it together or maybe hire better and pay them better to keep good people.

Did not do a good job maintaining my pool, on several occasions the water turned green. I complained several times it took a few days for them to come out. They added fees to the bill without even asking if I needed the service. I would not recommend them. When I spoke to Jeff about his service he was rude and unprofessional. When I canceled my service they stated we will not give ur key back until you pay your bill and of course my Bill had several extra fees for items supposedly needed. The pool was new so it was just scam to charge more.

Rancho pool service does a great job. Whenever there’s something wrong Judy or other members will call me and notify me. Also, I once had a concern about my bill and she highlighted and printed out exactly how they calculated and sent bills date to date. Very organized. I was working outside with the cable guy and 50 dollars fell out of my pocket unknowingly, which I was supposed to pay the guy with that money. (I usually don’t carry money like that in my pocket). I couldn’t find it that night so next morning I asked my pool man if he sees the money to give me a heads up, he immediately said Ill check the filter right away, unfortunately it wasn’t there. BUT! He helped me find two 20 dollars! We couldn’t find the 10 but just told him that if he does he contact me. The owner actually lives down my street so I feel comfortable and trust the company. Anyways, the pool looks nice and clean after he comes, just the way I prefer it.

Great service and overall terrific company. The owners are very honest and responsible people. It can be hard to find trustworthy people that take pride in their work these days. These guys are great! I have a hot tub and they come to clean/​service it once a week. Friendly professional and a very fair price if you ask me. When I was looking for a a company to service my hot tub I called around and they were the most reasonable. Any time I have a question/​concern they are very friendly on the phone and absolutely happy to help! I would recommend them to anyone!
