This is my 2^nd time using Dwight. The first time was awesome, this time not so sure. My son needed his car fixed, I called Dwight so he told me he would call me back, nope I had to call him over and over for a quote, and for a time. My son is away at NIU so Dwight said he would go there and fix it, that was awesome. He said he would be there on Saturday, never showed up, never called, and never returned my call, my sons call either. He called the next day and did fix the car, now when he wanted to get paid he sure called me. So nice right? He told me it would be more because he had to fill up the gas tank, I checked with my son only to find out that Dwight was not completely honest. My son paid for the gas, Dwight said he did. I paid him and that is it. I will never go back, and will tell people to stay away. There are other mechanics that are trustworthy, no reason to lie to me at all.

Incredible shop!!! There is no review or rating high enough for this shop! Recently just bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee from a dealership completely unrelated. Less than 7 days of having said vehicle, it overheats and I bust out my radiator, melts the hood of my car, awful way to end a Friday. I was near Midway, and had a long haul to get the Jeep to Dwight. I was determined and there was absolutely no other shop I was taking my car to. It took 5 hours of driving it 7 mins, letting it cool for 30 mins, and repeat, until I finally made it to the shop. I arrived at 4:15 pm, when they close at 5:00 pm… on a Friday to boot… they started working on it and got parts in within 20 minutes. Everyone was hot and I’m sure very tired from a long week, and they could not have been more accommodating, hard at work well past closing time on a Friday, and with smiles… who does this? Their price was more than reasonable and fair, they got parts in immediately on a Friday, just before closing time, and kept me smiling and laughing… I will never, ever, and I can’t stress that enough, take any car I ever own into any other shop than theirs. If I was willing to go through a 5 hour slow but steady trip from Midway to Lombard with an overheating tank of a Jeep, stopping every 7 – 10 minutes, I hope that says something. If you are looking for mechanics you can TRUST and actually enjoy and like… this should be your new shop!

Dwight and the crew at Triple D did a GREAT job. Like Consuelo’s review stated they helped fix a problem for me that someone else had misdiagnosed and in my case, «fixed» (not) and charged me for.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. I’ve been to pristine looking reapir shops with uniformed techs in a space where you could eat off the floor. This isn’t one of them! This is an old school, dirty, disorganized looking place… but MAN they are good. Dwight and crew get the job done. I’ll be back soon. (I’ll have to be back since my car is showing its age and keeping and fixing it is way cheaper than buying new.) I’m sure they’ll be able to keep the ol’ girl running well for quite some time. I have a new mechanic!!!

Trustworthy family owned shop. Fixed a problem that a previous shop could not determine. Great Pricing! I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. Dwight is the BEST!
