Seal-​Kote Corp. is a full service asphalt maintenance company serving the Chicago area. Our services include residential and commercial sealcoating, parking lot striping, crack repair and sealing. Over the years Seal-​Kote Corp. has built up a very loyal clientele throughout the North, Northwest and Western Suburbs, which is quite difficult considering the competitive nature of this business. Our clientele includes residential homeowners, commercial property owners, and other contractors who depend on Seal-​Kote Corp. for their Pavement Maintenance needs. Seal-​Kote Corp. is the proud recipient of the Angie’s list Super Service award for 2014– 2008.

Manager

With 25 years in the asphalt maintenance and sealcoating industry Larry Peiser merged his company Seal-​Kote Corp with Hard Surface Solutions Inc. and became Part of the hard Surface Solutions Team. Larry is an Avid Bears fan. Larry lives in Rolling Meadows with his wife Tracy and 2 children Jordan and Jessica.
