My issue made its way to the owner of the company, Brian. He was very nice and took my issue seriously. He actually came out to my house to meet me and make it right. He physically repaired my issue and now my new sump pump is working again.
I think he is genuinely concerned about his customers, the integrity of his company, and making things right.

Rocket Plumbing was just awesome! I had a problem with the shower attached to my claw foot tub. Rocket Plumbing fit me in their schedule that day, even though other plumbing companies I called were booked. The owner, Brian, made a special trip at the end of his day to look at my shower. He had all the parts and materials needed and was finished in less than an hour! The bill was very low too, no extra charge for coming to my place at the end of the day. I recommend Rocket Plumbing to everyone!

I usually don’t write reviews but since my hot water heat went out when it was –15 degrees out and Rocket Plumbing saved me a lot of hassle I thought I would start with them. The hot water heater from 1989 in the house we just recently purchased started leaking around 2pm. We called Rocket Plumbing and they sent someone out that night to make sure we could stop the leaking until they could get the new one in. We did that and they had the new on it by the next afternoon. All this and the price was very low while the other plumbers we called told us they were charging triple overtime to send people out in this weather. Can’t say enough about Rocket plumbing.

So grateful for Rocket Plumbing! The water heater stopped working on one of the coldest afternoons in the Chicagoland area. Brian & his team were so responsive to our burden. Brandon, our plumber, graciously came to the home to access the situation in the evening. The team at Rocket Plumbing eagerly found us a water heater unit (many places are sold out due to the extreme weather) and installed it the next day.
We recognize you took time away from your family to help us! We are thankful for your outstanding service during an extremely busy time for your business! Your team went above & beyond and we can not thank you enough!

Excellent! I recommend Marlon absolutely! He was so friendly and fast. The problem was an old valve and he replaced it in literally 45 minutes. He was pleasant and even tolerated my 3 obnoxious dogs! Highly recommend!

When I ran into a messy situation on New Years Eve, I needed a plumber fast. (Which I thought would be impossible with all the snow) I called Rocket plumbing for our clogged toilet. I was ecstatic when they answered the phone after 3 rings. Much to my surprise, they sent someone out within the HOUR. Sad to say that I had low expectations for plumbers in general, until we came across Rocket. Dedicated enough to show up on New Years Eve, in the snow, no complaints and beyond professional. Eventually I’m sure something will come up, go down, or get stuck… but I will know exactly who to call!

When I woke up this morning I found water leaking from my toilet. Not know who to call I hit Unilocal to find a local plumber. I called Rocket minutes later and they answered on the 2nd ring. I spoke with Brian (the owner) and he was very friendly from the start.
They sent out a plumber later that day. Our plumber was Byronn. He was very professional and he did a great job in fixing our leak on the toilet. He cleaned up after he was done and I thought the experience with Rocket Plumbing was very good.
I will definitely be using Rocket Plumbing for my next plumbing emergency.
