I have been in the mortgage business for 20 years now and have helped over a thousand homeowners in and around the Chicagoland area. We bank and broker mortgages which gives us a competitive advantage. I earned my finance degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana. Prior my mortgage industry employment I worked at a CPA Firm and as a Corporate Controller. I gained knowledge on how to best work with the banks in order to get my clients the best terms possible. Purchase loans are my specialty as I have experience with Conventional Loans, VA, FHA and Jumbo Mortgages. Home buyers need to consider the many factors in selecting the right financing.
