Business Owner

Ronald J. Simon holds an active Certified General Appraiser’s License issued by the Office of Real Estate Appraiser’s of California. Ronald performs all the inspections and developing of value personally. Ronald J. Simon first began as an appraiser trainee at American Appraisal Company in Pleasanton, CA in 1987. Hired as an Appraiser by Home Savings of America Bank in 1988. Owner and founder of Simon Appraisal Company, Inc in 1989.
