Places like this are the reason I love living in Lodi. Went in and the gentleman was super helpful and nice. I wish we needed more than to just mail one package because I would happily spend my money supporting an establishment with such great customer service and that small town vibe. Support small local businesses and visit this place! I know I’ll be back!

I had been to two different UPS stores to get an I-​9 form notarized, they not only refused to do it correctly they also broke the law. I called Lindsey at Lodi Pack and Ship. She listened to what I needed, had me come in to read the documentation and I got the form notarized. No issues what so ever. I highly recommend Lindsey and Lodi pack and ship for whatever your needs!

As another reviewer said, ignore the one review lurkers and check this place out. Dave and his staff are great people who will steer you in the right direction if they can’t help you out. Will you spend more then you would at the post office? Maybe. But whats your time worth? I gladly head to Lodi Pack and Ship when I send things away, they speak English that you can understand and are actually happy (there’s a brilliant idea USPS, hire happy people!) to help you, AND their competent! What a business model!

This business has very professional customer service. Clean facility. They are good people who enjoy serving good people. I have been using them to ship things for years now. Always very nice and always get the job done in a proficient manner.

The owner David Derius is rude, one young women who works there is a bimbo real customer no service, I needed help in sending 3 boxes back the total weight was 112#, the sender gave me his UPS account number as he had agreed to pay the shipping back, the bimbo, gave me a form could not be bothered to help in filling it out, and I found out today that the sender was charged 4x the amount as she used a next day air form, when I contacted the owner he said, we are not your mommy or daddy, to bad you did not know what you were doing, I explained I showed the bimbo the shipping bill and wanted to send it back the same way it was sent to me, when I asked why the form was red the bimbo said that’s how the return form looks, the bimbo then made my handicap husband lift the items on the scale and carry the items behind the counter, to the UPS p/​u area, Next stop is bbb, and hope this place is out of business very soon as they are crooks and worthless.

I went here to send back a $ 37 purchase because they had sent me the wrong size. It costed me approximately $ 12 to send the package. So basically im only getting a $ 25 refund. I’ll go to the U.S. post office next time & spend $ 5 for a flat rate shipping box or bag. In my opinion this place is overpriced, although the customer service was not bad.
