I took my 3 kids to play mini golf. We did not use the batting cages. They didn’t charge me for my 2 year old which I felt was very nice. My 5&6 year old really enjoyed playing mini golf. The course isn’t as elaborate as some but for my kids being so young it was perfect because we were the only ones there at the time and if my 2 year old wandered a little I could see her since there were no features to obstruct view. This is a great place for little ones. At the end you have a chance to win a free round of golf and the owner was very nice and gave my kids each a free glow bracelet. I will go back.

We did mini golf and batting cages. We didn’t have any problems with the service and found everyone very friendly. At the end of mini golf you get to play for a free game. Its an older facility that isn’t maintained as some other mini golf places we have been too. The batting cages weren’t crowded so it was nice to play right away.

This is my second time at T-time(driving range — 1 time, batting cages — 1 time) and both times have been severely disappointing. I went to T-Time today to warm up for a 16-inch softball game. I purchased 6 tokens for $ 5 and went to their slow pitch softball machines #7 and #8. Each token purchases 12 pitches(supposedly), but I counted 12, 5, 3. I’m pretty easy going but after only getting 3 pitches on my 3rd token, I flagged down the kid working the counter(potentially the son of the owners, 14 – 16 years old). After about 10 minutes, the kid and his mother(one of the owners I’m guessing) said that the chain was broken and it would be another 20 minutes to fix it. Not wanting to wait around, I politely asked for a refund on my remaining 3 tokens and was abrasively met by the teenager that said they don’t provide refunds and to come back some other time. Not wanting a repeat performance I asked for a refund from his mother and again was told that there were no refunds. I told her that it was probably best not to «nickle and dime their customers» and she told me «it says no refunds on the door» and then smirked; obviously customer service isn’t their specialty. Begrudgingly, she eventually agreed to give me $ 2 for my 3 tokens(even though I was owed a 4th token) and that was that. Needless to say, I won’t be back and do not recommend this establishment for any reason unless you want to get verbally assaulted by a child and his mother about a couple of dollars. There are plenty of better alternatives within a 10 minute drive.
