Horrible service! Maybe they should find a pleasant salesperson and spend less time dealing with customers. Very rude!

I agree with the guy from California. I have had three pairs of shoes repaired here last summer. Mostly dealing with the wife of the couple. She is friendly and nice. I do believe their prices can get high… I have questioned a price, and the wife was fair with me. Last time I went in, I dealt with the husband, which was a highly unpleasant experience. He was extremely rude, and snappy. I had already spoke with his wife about a shoe repair, upon bringing in the shoe, he tried to change the price on me. When I told him no thanks, he looked at me as if I had the problem. Also, last year I decided to buy myself a gift, and purchased two of the Michigan made sandals. The woman told me because I was buying two, she would take ten dollars off the deal… the total being over 100 anyway… I was also paying for repairs, so I failed to notice til I left, and checked the total, she didn’t take anything off… however, I didn’t go back and question it. But with this last incident I can see they are trying to squeeze every dollar.(and being rude in the process)…anyway…I am looking for a new shoe repair… wrong and rude doesn’t suit me.

Super satisfied. Price was reasonable. Service was excellent. Shoes were fitted and fixed right then and there.

Yay for Cobbler’s Corner! We have had several repairs done here and also bought several pairs of shoes and boots. Very friendly, excellent work. Would never think of going anywhere else!

Very friendly service and saved me $ 184. My daughter’s designer winter boots heels were wore down and were rubber. I didn’t think they could be saved. New boots would cost $ 200. New heels put on professionally $ 16 from this shoe store.

I was visiting from out of town and needed my shoes shined pronto. A task that should take all of 30 min. I dropped my shoes off at 10a and was told they’d be done by 4p. The guy behind the counter was less than friendly. I went back at 4p and was told they had just started working on the shoes. I went to the dry cleaners picked up my suit, went back to get the shoes and the guy was STILL in a bad mood. Always have the job done before you tell the client it’ll be done. Always. A job like this should run about $ 7… he charged me $ 10. I’m not upset at the cost, more the principal. A rush-shine in California doesn’t cost $ 10. Why does it cost $ 10 in Michigan? Then, the store turned in to a cash-only establishment. Really?!

Great customer service. Fixed two pairs of shoes on the spot, for free. Worth the drive from Milford.
