Rich Woznicki – State Farm Insurance Agent

1.) costed me 800 dollars for an insurance lapse
2.) reason why i had an insurance lapse = A.) my credit card was stolen and got a new credit card B.) called richs agency and a lady answered and claimed she took down my new credit card C.) also paid for my new homeowners insurance with my new credit card (i moved from my old location into a new location)
3.) was pulled over 3 months later and was told i had no insurance
4.) called rich and asked what was up
5.) told me hes not a collection ageny and that they dont even want to rewrite me for a new policy (was not even a jerk to the agency at the time)
6.) went to geico and saved 70 dollars per month
7.) wanted my 800 dollars back for their mistake… i asked rich why theyre not reimbursing me for my money and he said that i was given too many warnings and i said how? rich stated that they sent mail, email, and called me for my credit card
8.) i said first of all… you guys have my new credit card which i called and gave to you
–secondly, i moved, which my new home owners insurance is contingent upon me living there
–thirdly, i dont have one email from you guys stating you’re going to cancel my insurance
9.) nonetheless, rich woznicki and a few members of his crew lack education and customer service
10,) even if they had the best customer service there are way cheaper premiums at other insurance companies… with geico not only am i saving 70 dollars per month, im covered for more, and i get road side assistance
