Established in 1984.

Founded by John M. Ciotti in July 1984, the Ciotti & Sikora Agency has been serving the insurance needs of Liverpool and the surrounding Syracuse area residents for 30 years. With the addition of the new agency principal Andrew Sikora, the Ciotti & Sikora Agency is dedicated to continuing the highest level of commitment and support to its customers and welcome all new insureds for many more years to come.

Andrew has many years of business, financial and insurance experience. His background includes a position as a sales representative, team lead, and district sales manager for the human resources division of a national payroll provider and more recently, he was the Allstate Field Sales Leader in Central NY. Andrew is excited to be an active part of the community and exudes a strong motivation to serve both our residential and commercial customers.
