Moved from Livermore a couple months ago. Ralph was my animal groomer for ten years Darlene for about 3 years they came together because I have lots of animals. When I wasn’t home I left a door unlocked for them to get animals. They were always reliable and my animals looked adorable when they were done. The best part is my goldens loved to go with them to the truck to be groomed. My little 5 pound dog had been kicked out of many grooming places and Ralph took her. And she was fine with him. My animals are in need of grooming and I’m really missing Darlene and Ralph. Great people, great groomers. I

Gave them an extra star for at least answering their phone on a Sunday! Been looking for a dog groomer and unfortunately this mobile groomer isn’t accepting any new dogs. Wth! Then maybe it would be wise to not advertise on Unilocal.This guy was cold n rude and frankly wouldn’t want my puppy even going there.

After being recommended by our neighbors who have used them for years, Ralph and Darlene have been grooming our goldendoodle for quite some time now. They are fabulous! Our dog always comes out squeaky clean, looking great, and with a mini health report to give us a heads up of anything unusual they may find. Their grooming is always topped of with a cute bandana for that extra touch. Yes it’s a bit pricier than a regular groomer with a house call fee but it’s well worth it in my opinion. It saves me from packing up my dog and kids in the car to drop him off AND pick him up at the groomer. Plus Ralph and Darlene are obvious animal lovers and their customer service goes above and beyond. They are always right on time and just wonderful to our dog. They are priceless!

Darlene has been grooming our goldens for about two years. She is friendly, great with the dogs, reliable, and qualified. Our dogs look great and I love the service she provides. She comes to our house, takes the dogs to her van, and brings them back in the house 1.5 to 2 hours later. It sure beats them spending hours in crates at other groomer locations.
Darlene really cares about the overall health of our dogs and will point out any issues, no matter how small, for us to be aware of.
If you are looking for a quality groomer that will care about your dogs, look no further. Tails R Waggin is the BEST!

I have a Newfoundland and a Newfoundland Mix… I called around to so many places and no one would take them and then I was recommended to Ralph and Darlene and I could not be happier. My dogs look absolutely beautiful after they get their bath. I am so grateful for them taking on my 2 monster dogs and treating them like they are their own.

I have been a customer of Tails R Waggin Mobile Pet Grooming for over thirteen years. During which time my wife and I have had three different dogs with three completely different personalities and they all have one thing in common, they all love/​loved Darlene! I have never seen dogs so happy to get a bath in my entire life. (Hmmm, makes me wonder what goes on in that van of hers.) I used to wash them myself with mixed results, a sore back, hair everywhere and they didn’t feel quite clean when I was done. And trim their nails, forget about it. Not only does Darlene get her squeaky clean, but she removes a lot of the furry undercoat as well, and that means a lot less shedding. She also trims our dog’s nails and expresses her … well if you’re a dog owner you know what I’m talking about. All this and I don’t have to schlep dogs around in my clean car. It’s worth every penny!
